We are highly satisfied with the work. I am very hard to please and they went overheard. They pleased me well. I am completely satisfied! They did a very superb job. They knew what they were doing and handled any problems that came up very well. If I need something, I need to get it done as soon as possible. It took them 4 and a half months to get it completed. Cincinnati, OH Oct 08, 2018 Don't pay until you get everything that is promised. Everything as promised and all personnel were inmative and communication was stellar!!! I thought they were great all around. I love my windows and will recommend them to anyone. It seems as though at first glance it's a nice product, but after discovering other issues, I was not real happy with the product itself. From the very beginning when talking with a salesman at Improve It we understood the time lapse to acquire the materials and schedule the installation would be around 8 weeks. Actual installation occurred in under 6 weeks. When the installer came on-site until the job was complete was about 2 1/2 days... High pressure sales, take it or leave it pressure. Quality of products are not felt to be like the samples that were brought to the sales pitch. The final job has been evaluated to not be level yet no follow up to resolve the issue. I wish you guys did storm windows. very professional I love my 'new' bathroom. Improve it! did a great job. Run like the wind! Over-priced, shoddy work, unorganized, awful all around. I would never recommend or use this company anything ever again. Terrible. Improveit! did excellent work, and they installer stayed at my house until 8:00 pm to make sure the work was done. Great customer service and quality work. When the windows arrived installation, the installation crew noticed they were not the windows with the grid that matched the other windows we had purchased previously. The staff at Improveit! took care of the problem right away and we had the correct windows within two weeks. They did a great job. Excellent design, excellent workmanship. The windows are great!
