GOLF RULES AND REGULATIONS GOLF SEASON March 15th through November 14th GOLF AND LOCKER ROOM HOURS In season 6:30am 8:30pm Off season 7:30am 5:00pm DRESS CODE Proper Golf attire is required on the Golf course at all times and is determined by Spring Hollow Golf Club s Management. Some examples of improper attire include any gym-wear (gym shorts, sweatpants, t-shirts, tank tops, etc.), swimwear, and athletic shoes other than smooth-soled tennis shoes. Shoes with penetrating spikes are not allowed on the Golf course. The Club s pro shop attendant is available to change spikes for a nominal fee. Please allow sufficient time to change to non-metal spikes. STARTING TIME PROCEDURES All players must register in the Golf Shop before beginning play. Play will be scheduled by starting times reserved through the Golf Shop. If you wish to play additional holes after your round, you must also register in the Golf Shop. Members not following this procedure will be grounds for suspension. Starting time reservations (other than scheduled outings) may be cancelled without penalty up to twenty-four hours in advance. Members and non-members who do not abide by this cancellation policy will be charged a no-show fee. Each player must have their own set of Clubs and bag. Rental sets are available in the Golf Shop. ALL NON-GOLFERS WILL BE CHARGED A TAG-ALONG FEE OF $10.00 Due to the dangers on a Golf course, children under the age of seven (7) are not permitted on the course without management approval. Children under the age of 13 who wish to play must be accompanied by an adult or be approved by the Golf professional. Five-somes will not be allowed on the Golf course during the Golf season. Individuals qualifying for special services under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) should request those when registering for Golf. Any adjustments/exceptions to course policies to accommodate the disabled will be assigned by the Management.

GOLF CARTS Each operator of a Golf cart must have a valid driver s license. Golf cart operation is at the risk of the operator. Any damage to the Golf cart or Golf course will be the financial responsibility of the operator. Private Golf carts are not allowed. Two (2) riders and two (2) bags per cart maximum. Members: Golf carts are not rented within one hour before dusk. Non-Members: Golf carts are not rented within two hours before dusk. ETIQUETTE Play from the tees best suited to your game. Our Golf Staff will be glad to make recommendations. Establishment of handicaps is strongly recommended and available in the Golf Shop. A USGA handicap will be required for certain events open to members and non-members. Practice is not allowed on the Golf course at any time. Compensated instruction is prohibited on the Golf course without prior approval from the Golf Professional. In order to enhance enjoyment by all; be courteous to all players and the Golf course: Repair ball marks on the green. (Yours and one other.) Avoid taking divots during practice swings Replace all divots Rake all bunkers Repair any spike damage Put trash in proper receptacles Keep carts in their proper place. PACE OF PLAY POLICY Brisk play is fundamental at Spring Hollow Golf Club. To advance this approach the following USGA pace standards have been adopted: 9 HOLES= 2 HRS. 5 MIN. 18 HOLES= 4 HRS. 10 MIN. A foursome averaging a comfortable rate of 14 minutes per hole will easily meet these standards. Groups falling out of position will be asked to cooperate in the following manner: 1) Groups who have fallen behind pace standards will be warned and politely asked to close any gaps. 2) A second warning will require the group to pick-up their Golf balls and move into proper position. 3) A third and final warning may result in the group s being asked to leave the Golf course. All green fees are sold under the condition that the player will follow our Pace Policy. Rain checks may be issued in lieu of further play so that a player can return at a less busy time. FOOD AND BEVERAGE Food and Beverage services are available on the property. No alcoholic beverages are allowed on the property unless purchased at Spring Hollow Golf Club. No outside catering may be brought onto the premises without prior food and beverage management approval.

SPRING HOLLOW GOLF CLUB Membership Contract 2015 MEMBERSHIP POLICIES All memberships are offered on a first-come, first served basis. Applications will be processed and accepted in the order in which they are received without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, handicap, or status as a disabled veteran. All current members will have the right of first refusal for the following season. Single, Senior, and Junior Memberships Single, Senior, and Junior Memberships are available. Individuals may be added to the membership plans. Children 18 years of age and under and your spouse may play Golf at the additional family membership rate. Additionally, children up to 23 years of age attending college on a full-time basis are eligible to play at the additional family membership rate. Children under 13 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Children under the age of 7 are not permitted on the Golf course without management approval. Senior memberships are for those individuals 60 years of age and older. Junior Members are those individuals 18 years or younger, or 23 years of age or younger, living at home, and attending school on a full time basis. Proof of current school I.D. will be required. MEMBERSHIP PRIVILEGES Members of Spring Hollow Golf Club are defined as those individuals who have purchased a right to use the facility. Members in good standing, those current on all dues and charges, will be required to follow course rules and policies and pay appropriate membership and service fees. Privileges include: GOLD MEMBERSHIP PACKAGE (SEE LIST OF PRIVILEGES ON PAGE 1) WEEKDAY PLUS MEMBERSHIP PACKAGE (SEE LIST OF PRIVILEGES ON PAGE 1) SENIOR MEMBERSHIP PACKAGE (SEE LIST OF PRIVILEGES ON PAGE 1) JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP PACKAGE (SEE LIST OF PRIVILEGES ON PAGE 2) INDIVIDUAL ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP PACKAGE (SEE LIST OF PRIVILEGES ON PAGE 2) Members must present their membership cards in order to charge purchases and fees to their membership account. They must sign for each purchase. Account charges and dues will be considered late if not paid on or before the last day of the month. A finance charge of 1.5 % per month will be assessed on late accounts. Membership and Charge privileges will be suspended for accounts over thirty days late. Membership may be revoked for accounts over sixty days late with no refund of dues. Membership cards are the property of Spring Hollow Golf Club and may be used only by those specified on the Membership Agreement and must be returned to the Golf management upon request. HOLIDAYS The following holidays will be considered weekend rates. Independence Day Labor Day Memorial Day The Golf course is closed Christmas Day.

MEMBERSHIP INACTIVE STATUS Active members, for appropriate reasons (i.e. health concerns) may petition the Golf management for permission to temporarily suspend privileges. In order to be considered inactive you must first rejoin for the 2010 season by signing your membership application and returning it to Spring Hollow Golf Club. If you do not resign and submit your application, technically you are no longer a member and there is no obligation for us to review. You must provide a letter requesting inactive status, the reason for that request and the period of time in which you intend to be inactive. If you are requesting a medical leave, you will be required to have your doctor send a letter detailing your inability to play and a date which you would be able to resume playing. If you are approved for inactive status, you will be charged a $25 monthly fee until you reactivate your membership. Your inactive status does not begin until official notification is received by Spring Hollow Golf Club and you will be responsible for all charges leading up to that date. Upon reactivation, your account balance will be rectified. SURVIVING SPOUSE The surviving spouse of the member may retain the membership upon payment of the applicable dues. In a case of death or permanent disability, the surviving spouse may request a refund of currently paid dues by sending a letter to the general manager, in writing, for the decision making process to begin. All refunds will be issued according to our Prorate Sheet on file at the Golf Course. MEMBERSHIP TRANSFER This membership, unless otherwise stated in this agreement or with prior management approval, may not be resold, traded or transferred under any circumstances. MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION The member may terminate this agreement at any time with a written notice. The member will be liable for any unpaid charges, dues or fees due to Spring Hollow Golf Club. No refund of dues or fees will be due to the member upon his or her termination, although upon a written petition, the management may consider a refund. All refunds will be issued according to our Prorate Sheet on file at the Golf course. If in the event a refund is granted, a $100.00 termination fee will be charged regardless of the circumstances. Your refund would not be calculated until official notification is received by Spring Hollow Golf Club and you will be responsible for all charges leading up to that date. The management team may terminate any membership if the member conducts himself/herself in an unbecoming manner on the Golf course property or if he or she violates Golf Course Rules and Regulations. Under these circumstances no refund of dues or fees will be due to the member upon his or her termination. Spring Hollow Golf Club reserves the right to repurchase the membership of any or all members by refunding any dues and/or fees originally paid by that member to the Golf Course without payment of interest. If a refund is granted, all refunds will be issued according to our Prorate Sheet on file at the Golf course and all termination fees would apply. NO EQUITY INTEREST IN MEMBERSHIP This Membership Agreement neither grants nor implies any equity interest in the Golf course, or grants voting rights in the operation or policies of the facility. In addition, a member receives no equity interest in any entity involved in operating the Golf course. Membership Committees may be formed, at the request of membership, to help Spring Hollow Golf Club Management evaluate member requests.

ADHERENCE TO REGULATIONS The member agrees to abide by all Spring Hollow Golf Club and Golf Rules and Regulations on pages 5-6 and directions from authorized Golf management personnel. Spring Hollow Golf Club reserves the right to edit, change or eliminate any or all Spring Hollow Golf Club Rules and Regulations without notification or prior approval of the membership. Booking Tee Times Spring Hollow Golf Club reserves the right to charge members who are not honoring tee times for themselves and their guests. Those who are found to abuse the tee time policy by not honoring the correct number booked, not showing for a booked tee time or not canceling in a timely manner will be mailed notification that they will be financially responsible going forward for all charges related to unused tee times under their member account. MEMBER LIABILITY Every member of Spring Hollow Golf Club shall be liable for any property damage and/or personal injury at the property or at any activity or function operated, organized, arranged, or sponsored by the management team, caused by him, or her, any guests, or any family members. The member agrees to pay all costs associated with this damage or injury. Locker Room Use: Members understand that these areas have public access and that you use these areas at your own risk. Although Spring Hollow Golf Club Management will provide adequate security, Spring Hollow Golf Club will not be liable for damaged, lost, or stolen items. RIGHT TO REGULATE FACILITY USE The management team reserves the right to restrict the use of the facilities and to schedule certain events at certain times even though member and non-member use may be restricted. This would include, but is not limited to closing the Golf course for required turf management practices, Golf outings and any other function. GENERAL PUBLIC PLAY Tee times are available to the general public in accordance with course rules and regulations. The general public can start reserving tee times one week in advance while members have two weeks in advance. Once the tee book is available to the public, the membership and the public have equal rights to tee times. MEMBERSHIP OFFER DISCONTINUATION The management team reserves the right to limit the sale of new memberships of any kind at any time at its sole discretion. GUEST PLAY Members are responsible for their guests including deportment, dress, and charges. PRO-RATE SHEET The Prorate Sheet is to be used in conjunction with Spring Hollow Golf Club s 2015 Membership package. All questions regarding this 2015 Membership Prorate Sheet should be addressed with Spring Hollow Golf Club Management. All decisions by Management are final. Refer to Spring Hollow Golf Club s 2015 Membership Package for proper application of the terms.

CONTRACT AGREEMENT By my signature below, I agree that I have read pages 1 through 9 of this Membership Agreement Package and accept the terms written therein. This agreement expires the last day of the year; however, it may expire earlier. I also agree to abide by the rules and regulations of Spring Hollow Golf Club on pages 4-5 of this agreement and understand that lack of adherence to those rules will result in my dismissal from the Spring Hollow Golf Club membership without refund. I also agree that any and all information supplied about me or additional family members to Spring Hollow Golf Club or any of their employees is truthful to the best of my knowledge and that any verification of false information will result in my dismissal from the Spring Hollow Golf Club membership without refund.
