ENTRY & GENERAL SHOW INFORMATION 2 1) ENTRIES CLOSE JANUARY 10th. Post entries and new horses accepted as stated on Page 1, except for Cow classes. Entries close for Cow classes on January 10 th for both RBAHA Value Shows & Region 3 Championship Show. Cows MUST be ordered. Entries into Cow classes MUST be made by January 10 th. 2) POST ENTRIES must be made TWO HOURS PRIOR TO START OF THE SESSION. Post entries will be accepted for Morning sessions but MUST be made the night before by 5:00 p.m.; Afternoon sessions MUST be made before 11:00 a.m.; Evening sessions MUST be made before 3:00 p.m. 3) CLASS ADDED TO SESSION IN PROGRESS - Any class entry added to a session in progress will be charge the class entry fee plus $10.00 per class incomplete entry penalty fee. 4) EARLY ARRIVAL / LATE DEPARTURE - $ 20.00 per stall and $20.00 per tack stall will be charged for anyone arriving before Thursday 1/17 or laying over Sunday night 1/20 departing Monday. To qualify for AHA programs for Arabian/Half Arabians TBA classes may be any class on the AHA class list (recognized by AHA) with the exception of Dressage, Sport Horse and Cutting classes. To activate a TBA class in the RBAHA Value Show, an exhibitor must name a class and enter the class by paying the class entry fee $45 (see entry fee information on page 1). Once the class has been activated, exhibitors may enter the activated class at the TBA class fee. Activated TBA class list will be posted in the horse show office. To activate a TBA class in the Region III Championship Show, an exhibitor must name a class and enter the class by paying the class entry fee $75 (see entry fee information on page 1). Once the class has been activated, exhibitors may enter the activated class at the TBA class fee. Activated TBA class list will be posted in the horse show office. 6) ALL BREED CLASSES are OPEN to ALL breeds (Arabian, Half Arabian/Anglo Arabian & ANY other Breed). Refunds due to the illness/injury of the exhibitor or unable to travel to the show due to weather conditions (Oregon or Nevada exhibitors) will be considered and will be subject to the Management s decision. Approved refunds will be made at the show or by mail, approximately 2 weeks after the show. 10) SHOW OFFICE AND REGISTRATION - Registration at the Horse Show Office by the exhibitor is required. The Horse Show Office will be open on Thursday, January 17 th from 12:00 noon to 6:00 p.m. During the show, the office will be open at 7:00 a.m. on Friday & Saturday; 7:30 a.m. on Sunday and remain open until last class of that day.
