The 20th ITS World Congress and Exhibition, organised under the theme "Open ITS to the Next", will take place in Japan, from 14-18 October 2013. This major event will offer many opportunities to grasp the latest valuable information on current developments and the future of ITS, as well as experience a wide array of technologies. Exhibition space for the European Pavilion has been provisionally reserved in one of the most suitable locations (096), next to one of the entrances to the Exhibition hall. Main partner (30.000 EURO) 1.1 Placement of logo on several places on the stand as well as in all common marketing material as a Main Partner (information leaflets before the congress, common posters, adverts etc.). 1.2 Use of several brochure racks. 1.3 Promoted as one of the partners at the stand. 1.4 Logotype on at least one of the cushions. 1.5 Be able to have presentations in a common film loop on the common screens during the congress. 1.6 Receive ten visitor tickets to the exhibition hall. 1.7 Be one of the Hosts for the VIP gathering reception on the stand. 1.8 Be able to invite 45 guests to the VIP gathering reception on the stand. 1.9 Be able to have business meetings at the stand. 1.10 Support by the staff before, during and after the congress. 1.11 Promote your company, product or services on ERTICO s Network Platform. 1.12 Internet connection. 1.13 Usage of the screens (one or several) for special presentations during the Congress at the stand. 1.14 Be able to have three video presentation (in a loop) on the presentation screens (When they not are in use for special presentations!) 1.15 Be included with one person in all activities that are arranged by the group. 1.16 Be able to have give-aways at the stand 1.17 Storage of brochures and materials will be provided at the stand or close to the stand. 2.
