(16) Cam-lock straps (1) PUMP Complete with a set of adapters Please take a moment to lay out all frame parts as shown in figures 1 & 2 to familiarize yourself with the frame parts of your new pontoon boat.

ODC XR 12 OUTDOOR DISCOVERY CRFT SSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS I. PDDED SET SSEMBLY 1. ssemble Back to Bottom using ssembly Pins (see figure 1a). ssemble both seats at this time. II. FRME SSEMBLY NOTE: Your frame assembles using (22) Short Snap Pins and (4) Long Snap Pins. Please follow instructions accordingly.. SSEMBLE FRONT FISHING FRME USING THE FOLLOWING STEPS: 1. ssemble to Tall Support Frame Member using (4) Screws.(see figure 1b). 2. ssemble Support Frame Member to Left and Right Frame Members using (4) of the Short Snap Pins. (see figure 1). 3. ssemble Tall Support Frame Member to Support Frame Member using (4) Short Pins. (see figure 1b). 4. ssemble Leaning Bar to Left and Right Frame Member. Do not insert (2) Short Snap Pins until following step 7 (see figure 1). 5. ssemble Standing Platform to Left and Right Frame Members using (4) Long Snap Pins. ( 2 ) of these pins also pin together Leaning Bar and finish step 6. (see figure 1) 6. ssemble Long U-Bar to back of Left and Right Frame Member using (2) Short Snap Pins. (see figure1) B. SSEMBLE RER ROWING FRME USING THE FOLLOWING STEPS: 1. ssemble to Support Frame Member using (4) Screws.(see figure 1a) 2. ssemble Support Frame Member with Underseat Lift and Lock nchor System attached to Left and Right Frame Members using (4) Short Snap Pins (see figure 2). 3. ssemble Short U-Bar to back of Left and Right Frame Member using (2) Short Snap Pins (see figure 2). 4. ssemble Cargo Deck to back of Left and Right Frame Member using (2) Short Snap Pins (see figure 2). 5. ssemble Foot Brace to front of Left and Right Frame Member. Foot Brace can be assembled in longer position or shorter position using (2) Short Snap Pins (see figure 2). 6. ttach nchor Line Storage Bag to Support Frame Member (see figure 1a). 7. See figure 5 and 6 for use of Underseat Lift and Lock nchor System. C. CONNECTING FRONT FISHING FRME TO RER ROWING FRME. ttach back of Front Fishing Frame Left and Right Frame Member to Foot Brace of Rear Rowing Frame using (2) Short Snap Pins (see figure 4). III. PONTOON INFLTION NOTE: Use the large cone adapter provided with your pump. See figure 3a for a detail of the valve assembly. Before inflation, be sure to fully seat each valve assembly into the pontoon, screwing tightly by hand. When fully seating valve assembly, be sure that the valve plate is in place around valve assembly and not restricting the valve assembly from a full seal. fter inflating, be sure to fully seat the top cap on to each valve assembly, screwing tightly by hand. Both are required for an airtight seal. 1. Inflate each pontoon. The valve is located under the valve cover at the top and center of each Pontoon (see figure 3). Inflate until firm (do not over inflate). 2. gain, be sure top valve cap and valve assembly are fully seated to achieve airtight seal. PONTOON DEFLTION: Unscrew entire valve assembly from pontoon.

IV. TTCH PONTOONS TO FRME NOTE: lways inflate the Pontoons first, before attaching to frame. 1. Position inflated Pontoons under the Left and Right Frame Members with ODC XR 12 logo oriented to the outside. The valve covers at top of Pontoon should fit between the Front Fishing Frame and the Rear Rowing Frame (see figure 3). 2. ttach each Pontoon to frame using (8) Cam Lock Straps. Slip each strap through D-Ring on Pontoon, around frame and pull tight through Cam Lock Buckle. NOTE: Be sure the straps are pulled tight through the Cam Lock Buckles (see figure 3). IIIa. ONE MN CONVERSION: Your ODC XR 12 can be converted to a one man craft by centering the Rear Rowing Frame only on the Pontoons, leaving the Front Fishing Frame detached. V. OR & ORLOCK SSEMBLY 1. Slide the Oar Stop over the handle end of the Oar Shaft. 2. ssemble 2 oar shaft pieces and blades. 3. Place Oarlock Bushing over Oarlock shaft and place Oarlock into frame. Frame has 3 Oarlock postions for a custom fit. ttach split ring at end of Oarlock shaft to secure Oarlock in place. (see figure 7) 4. With Oarlocks installed on the Frame, slide Oars into Oarlocks starting at blade end of Oar. The Oars should be adjusted equally left and right allowing at least two thumbs distance between the Oars to avoid pinching your thumbs when rowing. Tighten the Oar Stops in place. TTCH STRIPPING PRON TO FRME 1. Position Stripping pron at top of Leaning Bar (see figure 3). Valve plate Bladder 2. Wrap hook & loop strap around Leaning Bar and snugly strap down. 3. Waist Belt for Stripping pron is provided so fisherman can wear stripping apron if desired. VII. TTCH SIDE STORGE POCKETS TO FRME 1. Position Side Storage Pockets along Left Frame Member and Right Frame Member of Rear Rowing Frame (see figure 3). 2. Wrap lower straps around bottom rail of frame and strap down. 3. Wrap straps around upper rail frame and strap down. VIII. TTCH UNDER THE SET ZIPPERED MESH STORGE BG & BEHIND THE SET ZIPPERED MESH STORGE BG. 1. Position Zippered Mesh Storage Bags on frame. Smaller bag under Tall Support Frame Member, with zipper facing forward. Larger bag behind Tall Support Frame Member. (see figure 3) 2. ttach bags to frame using ladder lock buckles and straps to wrap around frame. VIIII. ROD HOLDER TO FRME 1. Rod Holder attaches to frame anywhere a Snap Pin assembly is found. 2. Recommended location is where Cargo Deck attaches to Left or Right Frame Member (see figure 2).

Never float alone. 3. lways check your ODC XR 12 air bladders, frame, oar components, and pontoon covers for possible damage before you use your craft. 4. Never use your craft if you suspect the air bladders, frame, oar components, or pontoon covers has been damaged. 5. Never over inflate your ODC XR 12. 6. Never use your ODC XR 12 without the air chambers fully inflated. CRE ND MINTENNCE: 1. If your pontoon bladder is losing air, please check that valve assembly and top valve cap are fully seated. Reseat valve assembly and repeat pontoon inflation instructions. 2. Do not store your ODC XR 12 in direct sunlight. 3. If you are leaving your ODC XR 12out in the sun for any amount of time, be aware that the heat can increase the pressure inside the pontoons to a dangerous level. Let some of the air out of the pontoons if the craft will be out of the water in the sun for any length of time, or if it is stored in a vehicle, etc. 4. gain in altitude will increase the pressure in the pontoons also. If you are taking your inflated ODC XR 12 from a low elevation to a high elevation, be sure to let some of the air out of it. 5. For short term storage, we recommend you let some air out of your pontoons. 6. For long term storage, we recommend you make sure your ODC XR 12 is completely dry, deflated and stored out of the sunlight in a cool dry area. 7. Repairing bladder, use enclosed patch kit. Fully deflate bladder. Remove safety split-ring from zipper pull and open zipper in pontoon cover. Remove bladder from inner liner. Identify puncture. Clean and dry area around puncture. pply glue to puncture area and patch using applicator straw. Press patch over puncture area. llow 24 hours to dry before Inflation. 8.
