You are required by law to have your horse/pony s passport with you Vaccinations must be correct in accordance with BRC rules and if your horse/pony s passport does not have an in date sticker on the competition day will be checked by an Official Steward. BRC/BE AND PC HAVE ISSUED A NEW AQUA HAT TAG If your hat does not have this new tag please allow time for it to be checked and tagged

SCHEDULE Class order will depend on entry numbers CLASS ONE: 80 KBIS Winter Novice (maximum height in round 1-80cm) A: Senior Teams B: Junior Teams CLASS TWO: 90 Equithème Winter Intermediate (maximum height in round 1 90cm) A: Senior Teams B: Senior Individuals C: Junior Teams D: Junior Individuals CLASS THREE: 100 Equithème Winter Intermediate (maximum height in round 1-100cm) Mixed class open to senior and junior teams and individuals Teams may be any combination of senior and/or junior A: Teams B: Individuals CLASS FOUR: 100+ Equithème Winter Intermediate (maximum height in round 1-110cm) Mixed class open to senior and junior teams and individuals Teams may be any combination of senior and/or junior A: Teams B: Individuals Classes will be run over two rounds, with a jump off for qualifying places if necessary; lower placings will be decided by scores over the two rounds and times in the second round if scores are equal. Please note: If the volume of entries necessitates, and there is a tie for qualifying places after the second round, HQ may allow second round times, for the three scores to count in the tied teams and individuals, to determine placings to avoid jump-offs. This will only be requested if absolutely necessary for reasons of time. ROSETTES: Class One Novice (Winter 80) team placings to sixth place for Seniors and Juniors Class Two Intermediate (Winter 90) - team and individual placings to sixth place for Seniors and Juniors Class Three Intermediate (Winter 100) - team and individual placings to sixth place Class Four Intermediate (Winter 110) - team and individual placings to sixth place ENTRY FEE: 84 per team. 21 per individual not on a team PLUS 2 per rider towards medical cover (please note: entrants with multiple rides pay medical cover only once) Numbers to qualify: 80 & 90 Teams: 1-15 teams: 1. 16 or more: 2 Individuals: 80 - n/a. 90 - highest placed rider not on a qualifying team 100 & 100+ Teams: 1-7 teams: 1. 8 or more: 2 Individuals: highest placed rider not on a qualifying team

DISCLAIMERS 1. Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or BRC nor any agent, employee, or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars/ lorries/trailers, their contents and accessories or any other personal property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis. 2. The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present at this event. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. They must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards. RULES, REGULATIONS AND NOTICES 1) Refunds will only be made on the production of a vet/medical certificate, received by the Entries Secretary, no later than 12th March 2018. Any refund may be subject to an administration fee. 2) Any abuse of horses/ponies, officials, other competitors or members of the public will not be tolerated and those found so doing will be asked to leave the venue with no compensation and may be reported to the relevant authority. 3) INSURANCE: please ensure that all riders have adequate/appropriate insurance for rider, horse, property and third party. 4) The judge s decision is final. Any objection must be handed to the Show Secretary in writing with a 30 deposit (which will be forfeited if the objection is not upheld) within 15 minutes of the incident and BEFORE prize-giving for that class. 5) PHOTOGRAPHS: by entering this competition you are agreeing to be photographed whilst at the event; these photographs may be used for future publicity. If you do not wish to be photographed please tell the photographer when entering the arena, before you start your round. 6) HORSES: Please do not leave horses tied up to the outside of lorries/trailers unsupervised; if horses are known to get distressed when left on trailers/lorries, please ensure that there is someone with them at all times. No haynets to be tied to the outside of lorries/trailers please. Please do not muck out onto the lorry park and do remove any droppings left behind. 7) DOGS please ensure that any dogs are on a SHORT lead at all times and under control. 8) Hat Tagging please make sure that your riding hat has the correct BRC hat tag before you present to the Tack Checker. Aqua-coloured tags (issued by BRC, BE ad PC) are required for all 2018 qualifiers. If you do not already have an aqua tag from one of these three organisations your hat will need to be inspected and tagged. 9) Drawn Orders will be strictly adhered to - if you arrive late for your round you will possibly have to wait to the end of the class and will only be allowed to jump if there is time. Please be ready well before your estimated time. 10) Any rider attending the event on their own MUST give an emergency contact name and phone number to the Show Secretary when collecting their number. 11) All entries to Worcester & District Riding Club must be made either online or with a Riding Club cheque.
