SKILL PATCH SYSTEM All Ski & Club members will carry their ID card and have the proper patch sewn on the outside of their jackets. Wear your ability level patch on your upper left arm. Your patch and ID punch must match. The patch indicates the level of skiing/snowboarding ability. Patches are earned in lessons taken at the ski area when they demonstrate specific skiing/snowboarding skills. Club members are restricted to skiing/snowboarding only on the proper slopes for their ability level. Lost blue, red, white, and black patches will be replaced only after regrading at the member s expense. ABILITY GRADING All skiers and snowboarders will be tested by ski and snowboard school personnel and graded according to their ability. This will be done in a lesson at the appropriate level during the first trip. After passing an ability level, pick up your patch and have your ID punched at the Ski School. To ensure our member s safety, failure to have a matching patch and ID punch may result in retesting to purchase a lift ticket.
