ELIGIBILITY: Kayem Boston Red Sox Day at the Park Sweepstakes 2016 ( Sweepstakes ) is offered only to legal U.S. residents of Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. One (1) winner per
household. One (1) winner per family. Prizes are non-transferable. Employees, officers and directors of Kayem Foods, Inc, the MLB Entities (defined below) and each of their affiliates, representatives, and agents, and their directors and employees (collectively, Sweepstakes Entities ), and the members of the same households of such individuals are not eligible. The term immediate families includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren. Sponsor will not award a prize to anyone not meeting eligibility requirements at the time of entry. By entering, you agree to comply with all applicable law and these Official Rules, and you agree to abide by all decisions of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if these Official Rules are not followed. 4. HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes entry period begins at 12:00:01 a.m. on July 25, 2016, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. on August 14, 2016 ( Entry Period ). All times in these rules refer to Eastern Daylight Time. To enter, go to http://www.kayem.com/promotions-events/day-at-the-park-sweeps and during the Entry Period complete the form with contact information and selection of the grand prize you would like to win ( Prize Selection ) and submit the form. Limit one (1) entry form per person per email address per day during the Entry Period, regardless which Prize Selection is indicated. Each day is defined as a twenty four (24) hour period beginning at 12:00:01 am and ending at 11:59:59 pm. Eligible entries will be divided into two (2) drawing pools based on which Prize Selection is indicated on the entry form (each, a Drawing Pool ). Incomplete and multiple entries are void. All information submitted by entrants is subject to, and will be treated in a manner consistent with, Sponsor s Privacy Policy accessible at http://www.kayem.com/privacy-policy. Sponsor will not verify receipt of entries. Entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Mechanically generated entries are void. 5. HOW TO WIN: For each Drawing Pool, one (1) potential Grand Prize winner and one (1) potential Runner-up Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about August 15, 2016, from among all eligible entries received through online entry form during the Entry Period for the applicable Drawing Pool. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, the potential winners will be declared the official winners of the Sweepstakes. The random drawing will take place via www.random.org, a third party random number generator. Potential winners will be notified either by phone and/or email within one (1) day of the drawing. Potential winners must respond to such notification, by calling or replying to the Sponsor email within forty-eight (48) hours after the notification is sent by Sponsor, or the potential winners will be subject to disqualification, in which case the Prize will be forfeited, and an alternate potential winner may be randomly selected from among the remaining eligible

Potential winners may be required to sign and return appropriate forms and/or documentation, including an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and/or where legally permissible a Publicity Release within seventytwo (72) hours following the date of first attempted notification. Failure to sign and return such forms within the requisite timeframe could result in disqualification. played on August 29, 2016; and one (1) one (1)-night stay on August 29, 2016, at the Hotel Commonwealth Kenmore Square for Grand Prize winner and his/her one (1) guest (one [1] standard double occupancy room). Each Grand Prize has an Approximate Prize Value ( ARV ) of $2000. Runner-Up Prizes. Two (2) Runner-Up Prizes will be awarded (i.e., one [1] per Drawing Pool): Two (2) Runner-Up Prize winners will each receive Boston Red Sox-autographed merchandise (baseball or jersey or hat as determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion) signed by one (1) Boston Red Sox player to be determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion; and one (1) one (1)- years worth of Kayem Franks awarded in the form of twelve (12) product coupons each valid for any one (1) free package of Kayem product (each, a Runner-Up Prize ). Each Runner-Up Prize has an ARV of $270 $200 for Boston Red Sox autographed merchandise Twelve (12) coupons valued at up to $5.99 each All charges, fees, and costs not specifically included in the prize descriptions above, including but not limited to personal incidental items, transportation, taxes, souvenirs, gratuities, and licenses, are the responsibility of the respective prize winner(s) and their guests. No cash redemption or prize or date substitution allowed by winner(s). In the event the game is cancelled or postponed for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute or award an alternative prize of equal or greater value with no further obligation to the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any reason in the sole discretion of Sponsor if the stated prize or any component thereof is unavailable for any reason. Additional conditions applicable to each Grand Prize: Exact game date and seat locations at the game shall be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Each Grand Prize winners guest must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or of legal age of majority in their jurisdictions of residence, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Major League Baseball games, events and exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and/or the Boston Red Sox, as applicable, and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as part of the Grand Prize will govern in the event a legal game, event or exhibition, as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played or held, as applicable, due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance or any other reason. Each Grand Prize winner and his/her guest(s) agree to comply with all applicable ballpark and venue, as applicable, regulations in connection with the Prize. Sponsor and the applicable MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to any winner and/or his/her guest(s) who engage(s) in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the game, event or exhibition. Sweepstakes Entities will not be responsible for weather conditions, Acts of God,
acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game, event or exhibition. Major League Baseball game, event and exhibition tickets awarded as part of each Grand Prize may not be resold or offered for resale or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and forfeiture of prize, and may invalidate the license granted by the game, event or exhibition ticket(s). 8. PRIZE CONDITIONS: 9. ODDS: Potential winners will be notified by phone and/or email, and will be required to reply within forty-eight (48) hours of notification. Potential winners of the each Grand Prize will also need to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, which will be sent and requested back within seventy-two (72) hours of first notification in order to be declared as a Grand Prize winner.
