LD mill assembly and inspect, had good mill marks. Move out TBG and move in CSG. Clean, drift, inspect and tally CSG. SDFN RIH with tie back liner

DAYS FROM SPUD: 37 DAYS ON 2 Mar 3 2016 RIG SUPERVISOR: Tyler RIH and land Tie back liner RIH with weatherford seal assembly and 4 1/2" CSG. Space out subs and land CSG with 34K set down. ND BOP and NU Frac stack. PSI test and TCP 1st stage

DAYS FROM SPUD: 38 DAYS ON 3 Mar 4 2016 RIG SUPERVISOR: Tyler MIRU CTU for TCP pressure tested 7" CSG to 2500 psi, pressure held. RDMO pulling unit. MIRU Viking CTU. NU frac stack and pressure test stack to 9000 psi. pressure held, open well and pressure test 4 1/2" CSG to 8500 psi. Pressure got up to 3500 psi pumping 3 bpm and began falling off. Will set CBP in front of shoe. PU motor and 3 3/4" JZ bit and RIH to tag shoe. Tagged shoe with no issues, POOH and LD tools. PU perf guns and CBP and RIH and set CBP in front of shoe. Pressure test CSG to 8500 psi, pressure held for 2 min then plug skid and lost all pressure. POOH to pu CIBP. Set CIBP and TCP

DAYS FROM SPUD: 39 DAYS ON 4 Mar 5 2016 RIG SUPERVISOR: Tyler TCP first stage PU CIBP and RIH with perf guns, set plug in front of previous plug and psi test to 8500 psi. pressure held. dropped ball and fired perf guns. spotted 1500 gal acid across perfs and POOH and RDMO C none

DAYS FROM SPUD: 40 DAYS ON 5 Mar 6 2016 RIG SUPERVISOR: Rocky Vines Prep location for frac/miru service companies Standby for personnel.;miru GR Wireline services with 10k lubricator and BOP's. TFH set 2 acid tanks. MIRU Lift crane. Backside of 4.5'' had 0 psi on it. Brought in C&J pump truck and pressured backside up to 2500 psi.;miru Universal frac. Pressure between the 4.5'' and 7'' casing fell off to 600 psi, from 2500 psi. Brought C&J pump truck back out and pressured up backside again, along with opening up the 9 5/8'' casing valve to the pit. Pressured up the 7'' to 3000 psi, and observed a small, steady fresh water flow on the 9 5/8'' casing. Pressure bled off of the 7'' casing at a rate of 500 psi/hr. It appears there is a small leak in the 7'' casing.;sdfn. Universal will continue to RU pump down pumps, bring in all chems, off load acid, and off load sand tomorrow morning. Prep location for frac/miru service companies
