Welcome: Martin Morgen and Per Larsen are proud to announce the Second edition of the Iron Rebel Shows, The World Show. which is considered the most important event of Fitness and Bodybuilding in Denmark. Beside traditional men s bodybuilding, our amateur version will also include: 1) Men s Bodybuilding - Men s Classic Physique - Men s Physique 2) Figure - Women s Physique - Bikini 3) Strongman Show 4) Crossfit Invitational Show full spectrum of the spectacular physique sports performed in the amateur nowadays. It will be an amazing weekend, where the best athletes will meet with the aim to achieve the such desired professional card awarded by the IFBB PRO LEAGUE. These Pro Qualifier Contest will be open to ALL amateur athletes worldwide regardless of their federation affiliations and will be the ONLY WAY TO PROFESSIONAL STATUS WITH THE IFBB PROFESSIONAL LEAGUE. The only contest the IFBB Professional League will recognize for Professional Status are the Pro Qualifier associated with the IFBB Professional League; no other contests will be acknowledged. The IFBB Pro League Pro Qualifiers are the ONLY way to compete on the IFBB Professional League stage, including the OLYMPIA. 3

For three days, the best companies of fitness, sports nutrition and food, machinery and training equipment, all kinds of sports accessories, clothing... will be present at the EXPO. There is 3 halls, 1 for staging and backstage area, 1 for Expo area and last 1 for our Strongman & Crossfit show. Athletes are not reserved seat as of their registration fee, but seats for athletes competing is half price. there will be bodybuilding friendly food available for purchase at the venue. Participation: This Competition is open for all athletes and federation from worldwide. Pro Qualifier Open Contest are informed that participation in to this championship is unlimited. CROSSOVER IS ALLOWED! Athletes can choose to participate in both Novice show and the Pro qualifier, they can also do Open, Masters and do multiple Categories For example Could one athlete choose to do Men s Bodybuilding & Men s Classic Physique and he could do so in both Novice and ProQ, This gives the Athlete an Amazing experience to be on stage performing 4 times, or more. At our last Iron Rebel Show, we had an athlete take on 12 Categories which according to IFFB PRO LEAGUE, is a standing record. Miss Scandinavia Show: This is Beauty/fitness model competition in Scandinavia and is only available for Scandinavian Girls. More information on this event is coming soon. Registration: The Official Athlete Registration will be conducted on Friday, November 2nd, 2018 12 am- 19:00 pm Remember that all athletes will have to produce their payment at the registration. Posing Music: POSING MUSIC: All posing music must be on an audio CD only. The posing music must also be at the start of the CD. Each competitor must affix his name on the CD for easy identification. The use of profane, vulgar and offensive language is strictly prohibited in the posing music. Tanning: For the Iron Rebel Europe World Show we have again teamed up with Onsite Spraytan, Jan tana International. Jani & his team is known all over the world for their tanning services. They are over 70 members from all over the world participating in shows from the Olympia to the Arnold Classic. Jani, the owner of the company, is also used by celebrities such as Big Ramy and others for their Mr. Olympia competition. The tanning services includes (basecolor + competition color + glaze) You will have multiple crew members available at your service when you go on stage and get back. This ensures that your color is always 100% on point and you will be able to perform without any stressfull situations. The price for the service on the stage is SEK 1500 and pre-booking 120 through the calendar here. Onsite tanning / Jan Tana international has the exclusive rights on spray tanning at the event. No other tanning service is allowed backstage at the event. It s allowed to manually tan yourself at your own responsibility. If any damage is made to the floor, walls or similar, we reserve the rights to charge you for reparation costs. Chose to book the day before your show (The day for the base-coat) You don t need to book time for the competition coat, as you will plan this with the JanTana crew after your base coat has been applied. Your skin needs to be prepared before your showing (scrub, shaved and so forth). Jani and his team are very flexible, if your plane arrives later than the schedule for the booking. Contact Onsite Tan directly by e-mail 7-days a week from the 2th of August. And they will be at your service. BOOKING SYSTEMS ARE NOT OPEN YET. STAY TUNED! IMPORTANT INFORMATION The Open Contest has banned all tans that can be wiped off. An official will check the tan of all athletes backstage and if the tan comes off by simply wiping, the athlete will be told to remove the tan before going on stage. 10
Competitors Information: Athletes will be given a goodie bag and wristband at the registration on Friday, November 2 nd, 2018. This wristband has to be worn during your whole stay. If you as an athlete competing at the show wants to see the show, tickets can be bought at half price. Please contact Info@ironrebelshow.eu PLEASE NOTE: There will be a limited amount of extra coach passes available at the registration and they can be purchased for EUR 50,00 (DKK 375). Those passes will allow the official to go in and out of the venue during the weekend and will give access backstage. The wristband has to be worn during your whole stay. Competitors Rules: MEN S BODYBUILDING Suits worn by male competitors at the prejudging and finals must be plain in color with no fringe, wording, sparkle or fluorescents. All Prejudging suits will be checked at the morning check-in. Competitors are not permitted to alter the fit of the posing suit by hiking it up in the back or by pulling up the sides during Front and Rear Lat Spreads. During the Prejudging male competitors are not permitted to wear any jewelry onstage other than a wedding band. No glasses, props or gum are permitted onstage. Any competitor doing the Moon Pose will be disqualified. Lying on the floor is prohibited. Bumping and shoving is prohibited. First and second persons involved will be disqualified. Competitors numbers will be worn on the left side of the suit bottom. 16

MEN S Classic Physique The Judging is scored 100% and will consist of comparisons of the quarter turns and the following 5 mandatory poses: A. Front Double Biceps B. Side Chest C. Back Double Biceps D. Abdominal and Thighs E. Favorite Classic Pose (Not Most Muscular) We have provided an image of the Pro Qualifier Competition Classic shorts below. Competitors are required to wear the same type of cut and all shorts that worn in competition must be black. Competition wear: Competitors are required to wear posing shorts. MEN S Physique ATTIRE 1. Competitors compete in Board Shorts. 2. The shorts must be above the knee in length and can be 1 below the belly button. ONSTAGE Competitor numbers must be worn on the left side of the shorts at all times while onstage. The Moon Pose is prohibited. Gymnastic moves are prohibited. MUSCULARITY AND BODY CONDITION Judges will be looking for fit competitors who display proper shape and symmetry combined with muscularity and overall condition. This is not a bodybuilding contest so extreme muscularity should be marked down. STAGE PRESENCE AND PERSONALITY Judges are looking for the competitor with the best stage presence and poise who can successfully convey his personality to the audience. Women s Bikini ATTIRE 1. Competitors compete in a two-piece suit. The bottom of the suit must be v-shaped. Thongs are prohibited. Competitors can compete in an off-the-rack suit. All suits must meet acceptable standards of taste and decency. 2. Competitors must wear high heels. 3. Competitors may wear jewelry. PRESENTATION Competitor numbers must be worn on the left side of the suit bottom at all times while onstage Each competitor, in numerical order, walks onstage and performs their Model Walk (personal preference). The Model Walk is described as follows: Walk to the center of the stage, stop and do a front stance, then a full turn and do a back stance, then turn to the front again and face the judges. Length of time allowed is 30 seconds. JUDGING AND SCORE The Presentation and Comparisons are scored 100% using the following criteria: 1. Balance and shape 2. Women s Physique 1. Competitors compete in a two-piece bikini. 2. The bikini bottom must be v-shaped. Thongs are prohibited. 3. The bikini must meet acceptable standards of taste and decency. 4. Competitors can compete in an off-the-rack bikini. 5. The bikini does not have to be solid in color Competitor numbers must be worn on the left side of the bikini bottom at all times while onstage. Judges: The judging panel is determined by the IFBB Professionel League. Visas: EU-country citizens do not need to obtain a visa. All other countries should consult the Spanish Embassy in their country to determine if they need a visa. All National Federations could ask for an Invitation letter either to the Championship Organizer or IFBB Professional League. The invitation letter does not mean you are granted your visa. IFBB Professional League and Championship organizer are not responsible of attendant s visas. An athlete, who requested and received an invitation from the IFBB Professional League Head Office or the Organizing, Committee of an IFBB Professional League sanctioned event for visa purposes and used this visa to unlawful stay in the host country or any other country, will be subjected to the disciplinary proceedings and measures. MEDIA ACCREDITATION: All media accreditation, accept local media, shall be controlled by the IFBB Professional League. All persons wishing to obtain media accreditation for this event must register with the IFBB Professional League by completing and signing an IFBB Professional League Media Accreditation Form, said form which must be remitted to the IFBB Professional League by e-mail at info@ironrebelshow.eu no later than October 1 st, 2018. CAMERA/VIDEOTAPE EQUIPMENT: Camera and/or videotape equipment shall be strictly prohibited in the backstage and/or dressing room areas except when used by IFBB Professional League-authorized media persons and, in any event, these devices shall be strictly prohibited in the dressing room area. CURRENCY: The national currency in Denmark is Danish Krone (DKK), only few shops accept Euro. All major credit cards are widely accepted at most major hotels, department stores and restaurants. You may be requested to show your passport. 24
CLIMATE: This section covers Denmark. During the month of November, the daily temperature is normally between 3 C (37 F) and maximum 9 C (48 F). While morning temperatures may still be on the chilly side, the afternoons can be pleasant and allow visitors to truly enjoy all that the city has to offer LANGUAGE: The official language in Ringsted is Danish. English is widely spoken in hotels, restaurants, shopping centers and tourist areas. 25
Electrical Current: In Denmark the standard voltage is 230 V and the frequency is 50 Hz. You can use your electric appliances if the voltage in your country is in between 220 240 V (as in the UK, Europe, Australia and most of Asia and Africa) Which power plugs and sockets in Denmark? In Denmark the power sockets are of type E and K.
