T h r e e R i v e r s S e c t i o n / M B C A The Three Rivers Road Report July, 2013 Volume 1; Issue 5 EuroFest 2013 Success in Spite of Weather Club members Mercedes lined up at Lawton Park The EuroFest Car Show held June 2, 2013 in Lawton Park was a great success, despite a few raindrops. Starting out 3 years ago as a German Car Show, it was opened up this year to all European models. With 53 cars registered, including our own Mercedes-Benz, of course, but also Volkswagen, BMW, Audi, Porsche, Bentley and Maserati, it was clear many showed up. Right: Trophies await the lucky winners at the beginning of the show.

Entrants received a dash plaque and a goodie bag, filled by all our generous sponsors. (See below for the list) Winners, who received a trophy and a gift card, were chosen by independent judges in 3 categories: 1939-1978 1979-1989 A happy winner 1990-Present Specialty awards were also given for Best in Class, Best Horn, Best Time Capsule, Best Convertible, Best Rims, Best Custom, Cleanest Car and the one with the Most Miles. Three of our very own were winners! Congratulations to Ken Long, Jason Bogart and Julie Bruggner. A very, very big THANK YOU to Suzanne Noblett for putting this show together, and to Jason Bogart and Bob Derek, Sr. for their help and support, and Janice Derek and Lisa Long for all the great photos. (Many more on the next 2 pages) Thanks to Janice as well, for help writing this article. THANK YOU SPONSORS!
