All bulls will have a semen evaluation and interstate health papers provided. Sale Directions From Morris, go east on Hwy 28 to the town of Cyrus. In the middle of Cyrus, turn on County Road 3. Go 3 miles north to County Road 24. Go 5 miles east, then 1.5 miles north on 340th Ave. and arrive at the farm. From Farwell which is on Hwy 55. Go on County Road 28 for 3 miles south, then 1 mile south on gravel. Come to a T in the road. Turn right, west, 3/4 mile to 340th Ave. and then 1/2 mile south to the farm. BULL GUARANTEE All bulls have been semen checked and are guaranteed breeders. BRED FEMALES Bred Females were pregnancy tested Feb. 15, 2016, and are current on scour vaccinations. BIDDING PROCEDURES FOR PRIVATE TREATY SALE Turn your bid card in at the office prior to 2 p.m. At 2 p.m., the bulls with more than one buyer s number will be decided by private auction, followed by heifers. The animals with the most buyer numbers will be bid off first. Bidders will be announced. If more than one person claims the bull/heifer, there will be a bidoff in $100 increments between only people with claims on that lot. This will continue until only one buyer remains, giving every buyer the same equal opportunity to buy any lot we have to offer. The unsuccessful bidders will have a few minutes to put their number on any other available bull/heifer. We recommend that you have your second choice in mind. The bid-offs will continue until all bulls/heifers having multiple bidders have been sold. If only one buyer number is on a bull/heifer, that person will own that lot at the base price listed. Bulls & heifers not sold on March 5 will be available for sale private treaty after that date.
