View this email in your browser Los Angeles Area Alumnae Chapter Update Happy New Year! While January hasn't meant snow here in LA County, the welcome rain has definitely made us feel that winter is upon us. It is a good time to gather with friends and sisters to stay warm and dry over a glass of wine or cup of coffee or cocoa. It was at such an event over the holidays that the full circle of Alpha Gam was brought home to me. I sat talking to Cindy Hill and Francine Restivo Cafarchia about what our grown kids were doing (finishing high school, graduating college, and getting married) and what we were all thinking about for the next phases of our lives. It was then I realized I've known these women for over 35 years back to when I was an 18 year old college freshman. It really brought home the message that Alpha Gamma Delta is not for four years, it is truly for a lifetime. Hopefully Alpha Gam continues to be part of your life as you write the next chapters in
your book. We have a couple of fun activities coming up this month and we hope to see you there. Also check the calendar for other events coming up in the next few months.
