You must submit complete application with all deposits to confirm your reservation. 3. All applicants must be current members of the G.E. SKI CLUB INC. ( The Club ) 4. All deposits / payments MUST be in by dates published for each event. 5. All reservations are on a first come, first served basis, either at a regular meeting or by postmark. 6. Make all checks payable to G.E. Ski Club Inc. Any check returned for lack of funds will have a $15.00 charge added. 7. It is up to each person to list roommates for the trip. If roommates are not listed or do not sign-up, we will assign roommates. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY 1. The Club reserves the right to cancel any trip at any time. In that event, The Club will make every effort to recover as much of each person s money as is possible and refund in accordance with #2, #3, #4, & #5 below. 2. Any participant cancellation prior to The Club established deposit date (1st payment date) is refundable. 3. Each participant is responsible for expenses incurred by The Club on their behalf after the deposit date. 4. Participants acknowledge that failure to make timely payments may result in loss of moneys paid on an individual trip basis. 5. Any refunds due after the deposit date will be declared within thirty days and paid within sixty days of trip completion or trip cancellation. 6. Participants are completely and individually responsible for their own actions on all trips and activities and bear the burden of liabilities thereof. 7. Participants by signing this agreement, agree to hold The Club harmless and waive all right of regress for any injuries sustained, and for any other liability whatsoever that may arise during the course of the trip. 8. This policy applies to all trips without exception and to other Club activities at the discretion of the activity leader and the Board of Directors. 9. I have read the G.E. Ski Club Inc. trip policy.
