Proposal Detail: Precita to Valencia on Mission from César Chávez St to A bus-only lane gives Muni vehicles their own lane separate from regular traffic. This helps Muni bypass traffic jams, which saves time and improves reliability. on northbound Mission at Precita Ave and on Mission at Fair Ave / Valencia St Allows right turning autos to clear the through travel lane, reducing the delay buses experience due to heavy traffic. Precita Ave Fair Ave Powers Ave Valencia St Consolidate Stops on northbound Mission to one stop at Powers Ave The stops at Fair Ave and at Precita Ave would be removed and a new stop created at Powers Ave. Fewer stops along the route means Muni can travel the same distance in less time, allowing Muni to get you where you want to go faster and more reliably. Remove Stop on southbound Mission at Precita Ave Fewer stops along the route means Muni can travel the same distance in less time, allowing Muni to get you where you want to go faster and more reliably. Stops are removed in places where another stop is nearby.

Proposal Detail: 29th to 30th on Mission from César Chávez St to A bus-only lane gives Muni vehicles their own lane separate from regular traffic. This helps Muni bypass traffic jams, which saves time and improves reliability. on southbound Mission at 29th St Allows right turning autos to clear the through travel lane, reducing the delay buses experience due to heavy traffic. Eugenia Ave Godeus St Virginia Ave 29th St 30th St Remove Stops on Mission at 29th St Fewer stops along the route means Muni can travel the same distance in less time, allowing Muni to get you where you want to go faster and more reliably. Stops are removed in places where another stop is nearby. Extend Transit Bulbs on Mission at 30th St Transit bulbs reduce delays by eliminating the need for buses to merge in and out of traffic at transit stops. Bulbs make it easier for everyone to get on and off the bus by letting the steps line right up with the curb. Bulbs provide additional space for people walking along Mission or waiting for the bus, and they make crossing the street easier by reducing the distance between curbs.

Proposal Detail: Kingston to Randall on Mission from César Chávez St to A bus-only lane gives Muni vehicles their own lane separate from regular traffic. This helps Muni bypass traffic jams, which saves time and improves reliability. on southbound Mission at 29th St Allows right turning autos to clear the through travel lane, reducing the delay buses experience due to heavy traffic. Santa Marina St Cortland Ave Kingston St Brook St San Jose Ave proposed location Relocate Stop on southbound Mission at Cortland Ave If intersection is signalized, reduces bus delays by placing bus stop after traffic signal and reducing chance of bus being held at red light. Improves pedestrian safety by allowing pedestrians to cross street behind stopped buses. New Traffic Signal at Adding a traffic signal makes it possible to introduce transit signal priority (TSP) at intersections. TSP keeps the light green for Muni as it approaches an intersection, saving time. Randall / Mission / San Jose Currently being redesigned - proposal will change current location
