Ray expects us to raise between $6,500 and $7K on this significant Rotary Fundraiser Thanks Ray... Pins: President Rich spoke about his love of pins and how he intends to recognize the efforts of club members by using them as special recognition Members can nominate fellow members by submitting a nomination letter to the Board.. President Rich spoke about the use of a Ribbon attached to our Badges The ribbon will be used to put the various pins on There will be a Pledge Pin that promises that the person making the pledge will bring one potential new member to our meetings International Pin to signify Peace Through Service District Visionary Pin Paul Harris Pin, etc President Rich is working on a different storage case to keep our Badges with the Ribbons Stay Tuned Gift Cards to Raley s Bell Air Nob Hill: Reminder that we have sold $4,500 worth of tickets The Goal is $10K If you can t sell them, return to him ASAP This is a Joint Fundraiser works Our Rotary Club and Soroptimist of Historic Auburn are partnering to sponsor this 52 week Gift Card Giveaway Each ticket holder will be eligible for a weekly drawing for 52 weeks, beginning July 4, 2012 and ending June 26, 2013. Do you have a Facebook presence?...are you on Linkedin???...Have You visited any Groups that represent young people, like a 20-30 Club??? #4 Clubs Spend Way Too Much Time On Attendance Solution: Consider de-emphasizing attendance to the new RI Standard of 50%...

Proceeds Proceeds will go to renovating the Day Camp at River Bend Park in Sacramento. River Bend Park is a portion of the American River Parkway that contributes to the social and academic lives of children in the area. Renovations to existing Gravel base and paving for an additional 8000 sq. ft. parking lot. Paving of trails and driveways leading to nest areas. 6 foot wide trails to connect all pathways and river. Improvements for future Amphitheater steps and benches. Picnic tables and nest benches. Nest campsite renovations. Set up opportunities with schools in Fall 2012.
