Littlestone Golf Club Championship Links Littlestone Golf Club sits on the Romney Marsh in the far south east corner of Kent. The two-courses, The Championship Links & Warren, both offer an excellent & true test of links golf. The Championship Links course, founded in 1888, has held numerous major championships over the course of its history, including being chosen as a Final Open qualifying course for the Open Championship in 2011. Renowned for its excellent condition all year round, the Championship Links is recognised in the Top 100 courses of Great Britain &Ireland. The Warren course is adjacent to The Championship Links. A shorter track, The Warren is perfect for those who find The Championship Links course little too long & testing but both are cared for by the same excellent course management team & are always in the finest condition. Both courses have their own memberships, competitions & clubhouse but share one professional shop & PGA team. The practice facilities include two putting greens, a 250+ yard range, two short game areas & an indoor GC2 simulator. The coaching team also use the latest in golf technology the "Trackman Launch Monitor" to help hone your skills.

The direct debit is managed by Fairway Credit who will charge a % on top of your fee for their administration. If you chose to pay using Fairway Credit, your membership will not commence until approval is received by us from them The fees for Country & County Union subscription will be collected by us on your behalf. These are payable at the start & on the anniversary of your membership. All Littlestone Championship Links Members may use the Warren course too. A joining fee of 500 is applicable on all full memberships bar Intermediate, Student & Juniors.
How to apply for Membership Complete the application form and return to the membership manager who will then arrange to meet with you at the club & arrange a date for you to be played in by a member of the Playing- In Committee If you do not have a proposer and seconder (who must have been members of Littlestone for at least 3 years), references from other or former clubs may be requested and your probation will be at the discretion of the Board of Directors After your meeting and playing-in, if successful, you will be added to the Candidates Book where FULL MEMBERS need at least four signatures to support your application. Full members must pay their joining fee plus the membership fee ( pro rate to Jan 1st), & union fees at the start of their membership. If using Fairway Credit at least one months fee must be made directly to the club. Once all of the signatures are gained your name will also be put forward to the Board of Directors for formal approval During this probationary period you will be able to play as much casual golf as you wish but not enter any club competitions Your probationary period will last until four signature are collected and the Board of Directors have given their approval (ideally all within a three month period) Should your application for membership be rejected at any point during this probationary period, any fees paid will be refunded but not union fees, joining fee or incurred costs
About Full Membership As a full member you are able to play either course without restriction but Championship Links members may not enter Warren competitions. Full members are entitled to vote on company matters as they arise Full members may play in our courtesy days at Rye, Royal St. Georges, Royal Ashdown Forest & Royal Cinque Ports (rules apply) Regardless of proposers & seconders all full members will be required to be played in by a member of the committee. Guest entitlement (Max 3 guest at any time)at prevailing guest rate. You may bring the same guest no more than 6 times in one membership year Will receive 10% Member s bar discounts on all bar transactions After probationary period my play in all trophy competitions Full members may pay their subscription in installments via Fairway Credit
About Fairway Membership Fairway Membership gives you unlimited golf after 09.30 am on 7 days of the week during the winter months of November to the end of February. When you join & at your renewal, you will be issued with 15 rounds of golf which you can use to play either before 9.30 am during the winter months of between March 1st & October 31st Guest entitlement (Max 3 guest at any time)at prevailing guest rate. You may bring the same guest no more than 6 times in one membership year Use of practice facilities 14 day advance booking Handicap facilities Member s bar discounts Play in Medal, Stablefords & other Club Matches & Trophy events ( No joining Fee If you run out of rounds you can renew early Restrictions: No courtesy rounds at partner golf courses No voting rights All fees must be paid in full and in advance All rounds must be used in the membership year. Unused rounds may not be carried over Rounds are for the members own use and may not be used for guests A full round will be used regardless of how many holes are played Rounds will be taken if tee time is booked but not used unless cancelled in advance If the member wishes to change categories to a Full Member a joining fee of 250 is required
About 2 nd Club Membership Becoming a 2 nd Club Member gives you 20 rounds of golf that you can play at any time. No joining fee Guest entitlement ( Max 3 guest at any time) at prevailing guest rate Use of practice facilities Advanced 14 day booking Handicap facilities Member s bar discounts Play in Medal, Stablefords, trophy events & Club Matches If you use all of your 20 rounds you may reapply for another 12 month membership prior to your original joining date Restrictions: No courtesy rounds at partner golf courses Rounds not used in the year, will be lost and may not be carried over Your primary club and residence must be over 10 miles (via Google) from the Club. Additional residences within 10 miles mean you will not be eligible for 2 Nd Club membership. In order to be a full/country member of the club, a 200 joining fee is required at the start of your membership Junior members must complete additional forms in line with Golf Mark -Safeguarding Children in Golf. These are available from our PGA staff. If you are unsuccessful in your application, any subscriptions paid by you to that date will be refunded with the exception of union fees, joining fees or incurred costs.
