Vice-President Judy Rogers For her service in various staff roles within Table Tennis England, notably with Child Protection, Disability, Ethics and Volunteering as well as a volunteer, including with British Para Table Tennis. Involvement with table tennis began in the early 1990s when she was Eastern Regional Chair and local development officer Joined Table Tennis England in July 1998 as the National Development Officer for People with Disabilities going on to lead on Equality, Disability, Safeguarding, Volunteer Management and co-ordinator for the Premier club programme For the 12 years of table tennis s involvement with the UK School Games, was the Safeguarding Coordinator and responsible for making table tennis fully inclusive Successful in attracting 750,000 grant funding through the Playground to Podium programme which gave new opportunities for disabled people to participate in our sport Currently the Safeguarding and Ethics Manager 6 Honours Presentations 2017/18

Vice-President Keith Thomas For his service as Treasurer, as a Coach and Technical Official as well as in Cleveland. Keith s life in table tennis goes back more than 50 years Founder member and first chairman of Hartlepool TTC in 2003, and helped them achieve Clubmark and Premier Club 3 star status Serves as a member of Cleveland County TTA Management Committee and acted as manager of Cleveland County Junior Squad Chairs the County Disciplinary committee and was vice chair of Hartlepool TTA Licensed UKCC Level 3 Coach and a Coach Tutor and assessor Team leader on the athlete services team for table tennis at the London Olympics and Paralympics Currently Treasurer of the Association, elected in 2013, with his second term ending in 2019 County Umpire 8 Honours Presentations 2017/18
Keith Ponting President s Memorial Award for exceptionally long and outstanding service to Table Tennis England John Arnold For his services to English and international schools table tennis for more than 40 years. Involved in the promotion of competitive school sport since taking up his first teaching post in 1963 in his native town of Macclesfield in Cheshire. Encouraged others to join a schools league which led to the formation of the Cheshire Schools TTA of which he became General Secretary A move to Wakefield in 1968 followed the same pattern of building up interschool table tennis, Under-13 and Under-16 leagues, knockout team competitions and an annual individual championships, boasting an entry of over 200 players. With others, drove forward the establishment of the West Yorkshire Schools Association ESTTA Executive Committee: Co-opted 1973; elected General Secretary 1975, Chairman in 1978 and President from 1989-2017 the latter combined with the role of Development Officer Continues to serve on the newly formed Table Tennis England Schools Committee Set up the International School Sport Federation (ISF) Table Tennis Technical Commission in 1993. Stood down in 2010, when he was made an Honorary Life Member of the ISF Headed table tennis section at the inaugural UK School Games National Finals in Glasgow in 1996; continued to play a major part until 2016 National Council for School Sport (NCSS): Chairman 2001-2014 Awarded the MBE for Services to School Sport, 2012 Honours Presentations 2017/18 9
Leslie Forrest Memorial Award Peter Wilkinson For his services in promoting the County Championships in Northumberland. for service to table tennis in the County field Active member of Northumberland Table Tennis Association committee for approximately 30 years, taking charge of the Northumberland League Cadet and Junior teams, who successfully won both the Johnny Leach Cup and the Carter Cup in the 1990/91 season Northumberland Junior County Secretary 1989-2001, ferrying them to all of their away matches Northumberland Senior County Secretary 2003-present, also helping with the administration and selection of the County Vets team for the last two years; Coaching Officer 1990-2010; Selection Committee member for all teams for approximately 28 years; County Secretary for the last year. 10 Honours Presentations 2017/18
