2013 Testing Rules Between October 10th, 2012 and the 1 st collective test 2013, 4 hours of ECU run time are given. Maximum 1 championship track is allowed (on top of Catalunya Test 7 th /8 th November 2012), all other tests are forbidden for those teams and/or competitors registered or pre-registered for the FORMULA RENAULT 3.5 SERIES 2013 when using a Formula Renault 3.5 or any other similar Dallara chassis (see Appendix II) chassis whatever the circuit is, except: Where tests are allowed when applying Art. 17: Collective tests, allocated ECU running time, Marketing operations. Private testing sessions using Dallara chassis T02 and/or T08 with drivers not entered or potentially to enter at the championship FORMULA RENAULT 3.5 SERIES 2013 which have never participate in any race of FORMULA RENAULT 3.5 SERIES or any other category over 3.000 cc. These private testing sessions may take place at any circuit, but in the case of a championship circuit they should take place no later than 60 days before of the concerned FORMULA RENAULT 3.5 SERIES 2013 meeting. Drivers potentially participating in the whole or taking part in any of the FORMULA RENAULT 3.5 SERIES 2013 races : At any circuit, including any part of the mentioned circuit, scheduled at the 2013 FORMULA RENAULT 3.5 SERIES whatever car is used, (single-seater, sport-prototype, GT or Touring car) except where a driver is participating in a race of another championship, having received prior approval of the Organizing Committee.
