ACCESS TO AFFINITY Initial Access to Affinity: 1. Go to mnyouthsoccer.sportsaffinit y.com 2. Click on Forgot Password 3. Using email given for background check, click Reset Password to set up your account 4. You will receive an email to create a login/password for your Affinity account to get access to your team

MYSA GAME SCHEDULES Games schedules are available on the Affinity site Gaming tab Enter on your team s CCU calendar Schedules are TENTATIVE Note each person has an individual username/password to the Affinity system

MYSA GAME RESCHEDULE PERIOD Teams have until Aug. 31 to reschedule league games Remind families the schedule is TENTATIVE until reschedule period is over After reschedule period, for weather related reasons only

MYSA Reschedule Process during Schedule Period Home Games: Contact opposing team manager and find alternative dates/times for the game. Complete the CC United Game Reschedule Form, found under the Manager tab. Form is sent to the Field Schedule and Referee Assignor. You will also receive a copy of the request. Contact the opposing team to confirm the new date/time. Complete the Reschedule Game button in Affinity. As the game host, you initiate the change through Affinity (regardless of who requested the reschedule). Email are sent out through Affinity and opponent needs to Accept the change to finalize the request. Update the team schedule on the CC United website. Away Games: Contact the opposing team manager and find alternative dates/times for the game. Accept the reschedule via Affinity. Update team calendar on the CC United website.
