Pumped 22,882 bbls. total. 09/07/2013 Move open top gas buster frac tank from Voyage location and setup on location for drill out. 09/08/2013 MIRUCT drill out 3 plugs, RU flow back flow well. 06:00 1450 psi, 366 BBLs 09/09/2013 AT 0600 HRS: 19/64 choke, 1050 psi casing pressure. PREVIOUS 24 HRS: Recovered 1815 bbl water, 0 bbl oil,. Chlorides 27,000 ppm. LOAD RECOVERY: Recovered 2181 bbl of 22,882 bbl total load to recover (09.53%). 09/10/2013 AT 0600 HRS: 19/64 choke, 750 psi casing pressure. RU flow back and open well to frac tanks, well has flowed 250 bbls so far and has a rate of 25 bbls/hr now. SDFD 09/18/2013

Arrived on location, well had 3-5 psi & still flowing a small amt. RU pump truck and pump 100bbls brine, well had ~275psi after pumping, Open well back to frac tanks. Let well bleed back down and pump 114 bbls of KCL before shutting down, well stabilized at 400 psi. Open well back to tanks to flow overnight. FB crew is on location. 09/19/2013 Arrived at location, well flowed 200 bbls of water overnight, there was very little pressure on well but still flowing(6 bbl/hr), RU wireline and pressure test lubricator, RIH with gauge ring making a dummy run. POOH and LD gauge ring, PU bridgeplug, RIH and set at 6300'. POOH and RD wireline, opened well to frac tanks(dead well) ND frac head, NU BOP. RU pump truck and pressure test casing to 2000 psi. for 15 min.(tested good), RD pump truck, SDFD
