10.5 Fence at 128 West Street - referred to staff to review compliance and determine if it is a municipal matter or a civil matter pending 10.6 North Harbour Parking refer to item 8.7 10.7 Service Line Warranties of Canada Program referred to staff for a report back to Council pending 10.8 Purchase and Sale of Parsons Court Property - pending 11.0 BY-LAWS AND AGREEMENTS 11.1 By-Law 41 of 2018, being a By-Law to authorize an Agreement between the Corporation of the Town of Goderich and the YMCA s across Southwestern Ontario for the renewal of the YMCA contract third reading only The purpose of this By-Law is to renew the current YMCA agreement with new terms and conditions for 5 years tabled at the April 23, 2018 Council Meeting 11.2 By-Law 44 of 2018, being a By-Law to amend By-Law 8 of 2002, being a By-Law to provide loans to properties designated under Part IV and Part V of the Ontario Heritage Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter 0.18 The purpose of this By-Law is to change Schedule D to reflect up to date methods of payment 11.3 By-Law 46 of 2018, being a By-Law to authorize the execution of Terms of Employment between the Corporation of the Town of Goderich and the Full- Time Employees of the Town of Goderich and to repeal By-Law No. 53 of 2017 The purpose of this By-Law is to present the updated Terms of Employment and Pay Schedule with Full-Time Employees for 2018 11.4 By-Law 47 of 2018, being a By-Law to authorize the execution of Terms of Employment between the Corporation of the Town of Goderich and the Part-Time Employees of the Town of Goderich and to repeal By-Law No. 54 of 2017 7

The purpose of this By-Law is to present the updated Terms of Employment (includes amendments to the Employment Standards Act, as a result of Bill 148) and Pay Schedule with Part-Time Employees for 2018 11.5 By-Law 48 of 2018, being a By-Law to temporarily stop up traffic on Sunday, July 1, 2018 on various streets commencing up West Street and proceeding around Courthouse Square clockwise and down South Street returning to the staging area on Elgin Ave W. and Wellington Street for the Canada Day Parade and to temporarily ban parking on the inside perimeter of Courthouse Square and on Wellington Street from West Street to St. Georges Crescent and that the BIA Farmers Market be allowed to occupy the roadway of Courthouse Square from West Street to Montreal Street to South Street The purpose of this By-Law is to close certain roads and regulate parking and certain areas for the Canada Day Celebrations 11.6 By-Law 49 of 2018, being a By-Law to establish Guidelines for Grant Applications and Financial Requests of Council and to repeal By-Law 76 of 2015 The purpose of this By-Law is to adopt a Community Grant Process to provide structure leading to consistency and fairness in the disposition of request for financial aid to Council 11.7 By-Law 50 of 2018, being a By-Law to authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute and affix the Corporate Seal to an Agreement between the Corporation of the Town of Goderich and Waste Management of Canada Corporation for the purpose of a Refuse Collection and Disposal Contract The purpose of this By-Law is to establish an agreement for curbside refuse collection and disposal for the Town of Goderich That By-Laws 41, 44, 46, 47, 48, 49 and 50 of 2018 be now introduced and read a first time. 8
