Sanctioned Show ENTRY FORM DEADLINE - Friday, January 25, 2019 by 5:00 pm ENTRY FEE - $8 per Goat per class, $6 Showmanship SHOW DATE & JUDGING TIME - Saturday, February 16-9:00 am CHECK IN TIME - Friday, Feb 15-4:00 pm - 7:00 pm & Saturday, Feb 16-7:30 am to 8:30 am SHOW JUDGES Manny Antonacci JUDGING SYTEM - AMERICAN SHOW SUPERINTENDENT - Tammi Josephson SHOW ENTRY INFORMATION ~ 1. Animals must be entered in individual classes to qualify for showmanship and group classes. 2. The entry fee is $8.00 per goat per class. Showmanship is an additional $6.00. Pens are $8.00. Make checks payable to the Cloverdale Citrus Fair. Check or money order must accompany entry form. (There will be a $20.00 service charge for returned checks.) Entry fees are non-refundable. 3. Mail all entry forms and entry fees to: Cloverdale Citrus Fair 1 Citrus Fair Drive, Cloverdale, CA 95425 SHOW RULES ~ 1. All animals must be N.P.G.A. registered. 2. Animals must be owned by the exhibitor for at least 60 days prior to the day of the show. 3. This is a youth only show age 19 and under. All exhibitors must wear their official uniform while showing (4-H, FFA). Independent Juniors must wear white ankle length pants and shirt. Age on showmanship classes based on age as of December 31, 2018. 4. Pens are not baby proof or jump proof. Please provide your own cover for your pen and/or plastic netting. Bedding will be provided. 5. Health check: Only healthy animals may be entered; any animals having runny noses and/or eyes, coughs or other obvious signs of illness will be requested to leave. The decision made by the show committee is final and entry fees will not be refunded. 6. N.P.G.A. rules to govern and take precedence over all others. JUNIOR PYGMY GOAT SHOW (continued) 7. No transfers accepted per fair rules. Original papers only. 8. Will allow two (2) substitutions only; however, will allow no additions day of show. 9. Exhibitors are responsible for entering and showing their goats in the right class. 10. Any contestant winning 1st or 2nd in their showmanship class may be eligible for Round Robin. The 1st and 2nd place winners of the Junior and Intermediate classes will compete in a run-off to determine the representative for Junior Round Robin. Senior 4-H and FFA 1st and 2nd place winners will be eligible for those Round Robin classed. Please notify the Livestock Superintendent if he/she is unable to compete. Exhibitor is asked to supply animal for the class. Round Robin to take place Monday, February 18, 1:00 pm. There is no camping at the fairgrounds. Do not bring big motorhomes or trailers larger than horse trailers; there is no room to turn them around. The weather can be variable in February. Please come prepared for rain, fog, wind, etc. Protection for your animals, i.e., tarps is a good idea. Food vendors and exhibits will be available both Saturday and Sunday. NOTE: This is a Citrus Fair show. Entry to the fair is included in exhibitors entry fee. All Others Must Pay: General Admission (13 & up) $8.00; Seniors (62+) $5.00; Juniors (6-12yrs) $5.00; 5 & under-free
