REGULATION 1. Date and place: 1.1 The international tournament will be held on 19-21 April 2014 Baku, AZERBAIJAN 1.2 The competitions will take place in SARKHADCHI Sport Olympic Complex. 2. Composition of delegations 2.1. The composition of the official delegation for each style must consist of the following person: Cadet Junior Wrestler 10 8 Coach 1 1 Leader 1 1 Referee 1 international referee for both styles 3. Accommodation and Financial Conditions 3.1. Local transportation, accommodation and meals will be provided by Azerbaijan Wrestling Federation during below mentioned days: Schedule for Greco-Roman Schedule for Free-Style Arrival of GR Cadet 18 April 2014 Arrival of FS Cadet 20 April 2014 Depart of GR Cadet 20 April 2014 Depart of FS Cadet 22April 2014 Arrival of GR Junior 19 April 2014 Arrival of FS Junior 21 April 2014 Depart of GR Junior 21 April 2014 Depart of FS Junior 23April 2014 3.2. Delegations and person arriving before or departing after official dates indicated on point or extra person should pay 80 USD per person per day. 3.3. The daily cost for the participants of the Referees Course Type I is 100 USD per person/per a day 4. Technical conditions 4.1 The competitions will be organized in accordance with FILA rules 4.2 The following weight categories will be available: Junior 50-55-60-66-74-84-96-120 kg (2 kg tolerance) Cadet 42, 46, 50, 54, 58, 63, 69, 76, 85, 100 (1 kg tolerance) 5. Entries 5.1 Preliminary entries must reach to the Azerbaijan Wrestling Federation before 15 th March 2014 5.2 The final entries must reach to the Azerbaijan Wrestling Federation before 5 th April 2014 (passed this date we can not guarantee you any free places) 6. Transportations 6.1 The organizing committee will receive the delegations at the International Airport named after H.Aliyev, railway station and bus stations 6.2 The organizing Committee shall also provide free transportation for all participants from their hotel to the training and competition venue 7. Visa 7.1. In order to get entry visa please complete visa application form and send to the organizer one month before the competition. You will get visa at the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in your country. 8. Awards 8.1.
