Title of the sports event 24 th International Senior Greco-Roman Tournament B. Turlykhanov Cup. The event dedicated to 20 th anniversary of Astana city and Ruhani Zhangyru. Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan November Goals and objectives: - Development and strengthening of friendly relations between countries. - Development of competitiveness - Experiences exchange and enhancement of competition practice. - Promotion of healthy life style. - Popularization of Greco-Roman wrestling in the Republic of Kazakhstan. - Selection to the National Team of Kazakhstan. 3. General provisions 24 th International Senior Greco-Roman Tournament B. Turlykhanov Cup is organized by support of Ministry of Culture and Sports of Rebulic of Kazakhstan, Akimat Almaty, Kazakhstan Wrestling Federation, and Organizing Committee. 4. Date and Place 4.1. The tournament is organized in accordance with United World Wrestling official calendar, during the period from November 16 th till November 19 th, 2018 in The Baluan Sholak Sports Palace, Almaty, Kazakhstan Arrival of delegations to Almaty: November 16 th, Departure of delegation from Almaty: November 19 th, Conditions Officially invited delegations are allowed to take part with a following composition: 6-8 wrestlers, 1 official, 1 coach, 1 referee Composition of official delegation is as following: Wrestlers Officials Coaches Referees Total Applications for participation must be submitted to Kazakhstan Wrestling Federation kaz@unitedworldwrestling.org and to Organizing Committee: b.turlykhanovcup2018@gmail.com а) preliminary entries before September 25 th, 2018 б) final entries before October 25 th, 2018 с) final participants entries list must be certified and sealed by sending organization and submitted during accreditation.

2 6. Technical conditions 6.1. The tournament is organized in accordance with United World Wrestling Rules (UWW) International category referees will officiate the tournament Greco-Roman wrestlers of the following weight categories will participate in the tournament: and 130 kg Participants are obliged to have an active UWW license and identification document Participants must compete in wrestling singlets, which meet the requirements of UWW: kg allowance is permitted. 7. Financial conditions 7.1. Organizing Committee provides accommodation (2-3 beds rooms), 3 meals per day and local transportation in Almaty from November 16 th till November 18 th 2018 to one full official foreign delegation (see article 5.1) 7.2. Travel costs for foreign delegation to Almaty, Kazakhstan (round trip) to be covered by sending national federation In case of exceeding the number of participants or exceeding the days of stay in Almaty costs to be covered by sending national federations: 130 USD per day per person Organizing Committee will provide a first aid, if necessary. Hospitalization costs to be covered by sending national federation Every participating nation should provide national flag and CD with national anthem to Organizing Committee Costs of Kazakhstan regional teams and teams of Astana and Almaty to be covered by sending organizations (travel; accommodation; meals). 8. Awards 8.1. Champions and prize winners will be awarded with medals, diplomas and memorable prizes. Organizing Committee approved the tournament prize fund: 1 place USD, 2 place USD, 3 place USD In addition, valuable prizes are awarded to athletes in the following nominations: Best technique For the will to win 8.3. Participants must wear national parade uniform during opening and awards ceremonies. 9.
