Minutes of the November 12, 2018 Bakersfield Car Club Council meeting Meeting was called to order by Chris Addington and Lugnut Larry Thomas at 6:29pm. Introductions: Intro of clubs in attendance. Guests: No guests were at this meeting. BCCC Checkbook Balance: Checkbook balance is $6,054.60; Savings - $53.49; PayPal - $110.00 as of 10/31/18. Accounts Payable - $25 to IRS and $82 to USPS for P. O. Box annual fee. Correspondence: None for this meeting. Upcoming Local Events: --Dec. 1: 12th annual Toy Drive, Bak. RV Resort/Crest Bar & Grill, 8am-3pm, entry is an unwrapped toy, hosted by Outlawz & GEM car clubs. Making up custom-made trophies this year. Registration & toy drop off next to each other this year. Raffle in another area separate. Everyone that eats at the Crest, a percentage of food goes to their cause. Corn Hole (teams of 2) contest this year. Rain or shine. Lot of BCCC clubs participated (about 30). Largest Veteran s Day Parade in the state!
