CHAMPION / RESERVE ribbons will only be awarded if there are 3 or more competitors in the class. Ribbons may be purchased from the office at $10.00 each. ELIGIBILITY All Registered QH & AQHA members must provide copy of registration/current membership (Amateur & Youth) with their nominations if points are to be recorded with AQHA. PROGRAM The committee reserves the right to cancel, alter or combine any events, or the program at any time. RISK All competitors complete at their own risk. CQQHA Inc take no responsibility for loss, damage or theft to any persons/horses, vehicle or property while at the show. BEGINNER RIDER - Is a rider who has won no more than 3 wins with 5 or more horses. No improver classes or open classes can be entered. Horses can be ridden in snaffle bit or curb bit 2 handed. IMPROVER - Is a rider who has won no more than 3 wins with 5 or more horses. Eligible to complete in open classes, however one win in an open class of 5 or more horses makes you ineligible for improver classes. Bit requirements as per AQHA rules. Horses competing in improver classes in a bit must be ridden 1 handed. DOGS Restricted areas apply. Dogs permitted in camping area only. All dogs to be on leash at all times. GEAR CHANGES All gear changes of horse or rider must be done outside the arena. Absolutely no classes will be delayed waiting for competitors to change gear. NON MEMBERS Temp membership of $15 per show per rider must be paid if non member of either AQHA or CQQHA. CAMPING FEE Powered site $20 per night per float or Non powered site $10 per night per float. Strictly one float per power point. STABLING FEE Cost of $10 per night per horse. Cleaning deposit of $20 per stable refunded after cleaning. ARENA FEE - $10 per rider/handler for the 3 days. Halter only - $5 for the 3 days. LATE NOMINATION FEE - $10 per show applicable after 23 April 2010. No late nominations will be accepted on day of show. REFUND POLICY A) if show is cancelled full refund/credit will be given excluding admin fees. B) if show postponed you must advise club within 7 days of receiving notice to receive full refund/credit excluding admin fees. In the event of withdrawal on medical grounds, refunds/credit excluding admin fees will only be given when show secretary receives appropriate certificate within 5 days of the event being held. Classes in Ring 1 will not be waiting for anyone competing in Ring 2.
