Amendments to the Society By-Laws require a 75% majority. The total number of eligible votes in attendance is 70. Amendments to the Society By-Laws require a vote of 75% which equals 53 votes

MOTION: M/S (Marline Sandferd/Angie Williams) to waive the requirement for an audit (By-Law 11, Paragraph 93) of the 2013-2014 financials. The proposed 2014-2015 budget was presented for discussion. MOTION: M/S (Al Walker/Erin Egeland) to accept the Proposed 2014-2015 balanced Operating Budget as presented. Charlotte Johnson, Executive Director to email out new Committee/Workgroup Structure. BCH District Coach Coordinator Jim Weicker spoke about the up-coming changes to coach clinics and the introduction of the High Performance Certification requirements for Bantam T1 Coaches. Elections: Jim Humphrey stood down as the President and passed the chair to Chris Atchison to chair the elections.
