WHAT DO YOU DO? Dress in business casual Show up early Usually ~1 hr, email will specify Grab some food and network Pre-Show Meeting Stand near theater doors, smile, help patrons find their seats Say nice things like Enjoy the show!
BUSINESS CASUAL GUIDELINES Examples Nice slacks, dress pants, appropriate skirt or dress Blouses, button down shirts, or sweaters Closed toed dress shoes or fashion boots (not snow boots) Dress pants, khakis or slacks Button down dress shirt, polo or sweater Dress shoes Articles NOT Allowed: Jeans, revealing tops, sandals, tennis shoes, shorts, tank tops, open toe shoes, Crocs, weather boots

WHERE DO I SIGN UP? 1. Head to Boilerlink, select organizations, and search CVN 2. Scroll down to events and pick the show you want to attend 3. Click RSVP to event 4. Choose I will attend, 0 guests and RSVP 5. You ll get an email from us a week before the show whether you re selected or not 6. 48 & 24 hour reminder emails https://boilerlink.purdue.edu/organization/cvn
CVN POINTS Once you ve requested a show, you will either be selected or cut Selected: Congrats! You get to usher and see the show! You ll get an email with all info you need to know Cut: Put on waiting list Still earn points for signing up! Don t worry, if other ushers cancel you may still be picked up to 48 hours before show
