COURSE PREPARATION AND GROOMING Grooming will be done during night and early morning -> Very cold night and tracks will stay hard. In case of snowfall, forerunners will be used. Ginzu is available, if needed. No salt has been used on courses during this winter. Course closed usually 10 minutes before the CC race
OTHER MATTERS Final entries always 2 hours before TCM (sun/tue/thu/sat) SJ bibs from infocenter and CC bibs from competition office, all bibs collected after the race every day CC warm up with Race bibs turned inside out SJ Lift open 1 hour before and 30 minutes after the training/ race Prize giving ceremonies right after the competition at the stadium (6 best athletes, 3 best teams, skiis and poles allowed) Press for 3 best at media center at indoor running track Full board from hotel (Teams: agree lunch packets at hotel, chargeable food at the venue) Leg bibs (low right side), transponders given to athletes (athletes responsibility) 15 minutes time to protest after the competition Athletes have to have passport with them on competition days for anti-doping control Extra day information with Whatsup by FIS coordinator
