Livestock Judging Competition Help Competition Day. Meets 1-2 times/yr. Stir-ups/Cooking Competition Help Competition. Day. Meets 1-2 times/yr. Competition Day One day event for all youth. Occurs in March. 4-H Advisory Council Club Representative Council makes decisions and sets guidelines for the county program. Every club has a vote. Typically 3 rd Monday, meets 6 times/year: September, November, January, March, May and July. Archery Committee Meets in preparation of the archery season. Meets as needed. Horse Committee Coordinates county horse events. Typically meets 2 nd Thursday of each month, 7 PM, Stevensville. Indoor Exhibit Committee Organizes the indoor exhibits at fair. Meets as needed. Livestock Committee Coordinates county livestock events. Typically meets 2 nd Tuesday of each month, 7 PM, Stevensville. Meets 4-6 times per year. Small Animal Committee Includes rabbit, poultry, dog, cats and pocket pets.
