Corvette Expressions 3rd Edition Volume 129 May, 2017 Let me start by wishing all the Corvette moms a Happy Mother's Day. This month's meeting is our last opportunity to discuss our Bar -A event. Last year's show was a tremendous success, and as long as the weather cooperates, this year should be fantastic as well. The Bar-A committee has once again, done a wonderful job coordinating this event. Our schedule of events and vette togethers is in full swing, and there's so much to do. Let's continue our growth trend and invite fellow Corvette owners to join us and possibly become members. As a reminder, club dues are due, and if you know of a member who doesn't attend our meetings on a regular basis please contact them. Thank you, Hope to see you all at the meeting, Greetings, and welcome to the May, 2017 issue of Corvette Expressions! Our club had two fun activities in the month of April: On the 9th, Frank and Kathy Jones hosted a fun day of go-cart racing. Everyone who attended had a great time. (We definitely have some speed demons in our midst!) On April 22, Bill and Donna Nagles led the group on a lovely cruise down the Delaware River, followed by a fabulous lunch at the Washington Crossing Inn. Spring is now in full force, and it s time to break out those vettes! And as everyone knows, the nicer the weather, the more activities there are. Make sure you check out the listings on the next two pages so you don t miss out on all the fun. The next Corvette Express meeting is on Wednesday, May 3. See you then! Yours in Corvettes, Rob Lombardi Lisa Force Newsletter Editor -2-
