SAMPLE ITINERARY NFHS RAIDER CHORUS Spring Trip DisneyWorld Important items to remember: Your music to review on the bus Choir Uniform (don t forget your shoes!) & Choir T-shirt. School dress code (light) all other times. Always prepare for changeable weather... Money for food & extras! A pre-paid card or debit card is best (you will have a $30 Disney Dining Card). Take pictures for the slide show A positive attitude! Friday, March 18 th - Depart NFHS 4:30am!! - Arrive @ the Choir Room Please arrange to be dropped off Bags will be inspected upon arrival: Chaperones - We will break the students into groups that you will be responsible for checking Please have any medication you would take on a daily basis in a separate Ziploc bag inside your luggage (on top). Make sure you pack your uniform and choir t-shirts!! Please eat BEFORE you arrive or bring a meal with you. Dress comfortable for a long ride 5:30am Depart NFHS for DisneyWorld!! You will need $$ for lunch on the way 3:00pm Estimated arrival time @ Disney Hotel Information: Disney s Caribbean Beach Resort o MagicBands will be handed out at check in. These are your room keys & ticket to the park so keep close tabs on it (i.e. wear at all times)!! o We are guests here and these are not your rooms at home. Keep them tidy and presentable. They will be checked daily. Do not disturb other guests with loud noise, running, obnoxious behavior, etc. o Boys and girls may NOT be in each other s rooms. You may gather in the commons area if you wish to visit with your chaperone s permission. o There is a pool and we will have pool time available so you may bring your swimsuit if you wish. 6:00pm Depart for Disney Springs (Charter/Van) Dinner is on your and there are a ton of choices; don t forget $$$! 8:30pm Meet @ the Cirque theatre for La Nouba performance 11:00pm Return to Resort (Disney Transportation), Room Check, Tape In & LIGHTS OUT! Set an alarm for your room! Tomorrow is festival day, GET SOME REST! Saturday, March 19 th Festival Day 6:30am - Wake Up! Breakfast is available for purchase at the resort 7:30am Depart for Animal Kingdom (Disney Transportation) We have extra magic hours so we ll be there an hour before everyone else! Other parks open at 9am, use Disney Transportation to visit them o Your tickets/magicbands are park Hoppers and allow you unlimited access to all 4 parks!! o Bring $$/Dining card for food o Students always travel with a group, NO EXCEPTIONS!! You choose your groups. o Each group will be assigned a chaperone and you will be expected to check in with them at regular intervals!

Saturday, March 19 th (continued) 11:00am Take Disney Transportation back to resort hotel! Return to Resort, get changed and ready for Festival Competition 12:15pm Depart Hotel for Saratoga Springs Performance Hall (Charter/Van) Raider Chorus performs @ 1:35 (1:15 warm-up); Chamber performs immediately afterwards Concert etiquette rules apply while you are in the audience! Remember, this is a competition and you are always being judged. 3:00pm Return to Resort (Charter/Van) Change (wear your choir t-shirt back!), return to the parks (Charter/Van) o Water rides will be available at the awards ceremony location so you may want to bring your swimsuit 6:00pm Meet at the Transportation & Ticket Center Transport to Typhoon Lagoon for Awards Ceremony (Charter/Van) o Water rides, food ($$ or Dining Card), and dancing!! 8:00pm Awards Ceremony One senior from each group will be chosen to collect the trophies 9:00pm Return to Resort (Charter/Van) Option to return to Magic Kingdom (Disney Transportation), enjoy rides, fireworks and more!! 12am Park Closes, Return to Resort, Room Check, Tape In & LIGHTS OUT! Sunday, March 20 th All Day Disney!!! 6:30am - Wake Up! Make sure you are up early enough, set an alarm! 7:30am Depart for Animal Kingdom (Charter/Van) We will have breakfast at Resturanosaurus beginning at 8am We are first in the park today!!! After breakfast, we all go to Expedition Everest for first ride of the day!!! 9:00am Enjoy your day in the park Food is your responsibility ($$ or Dining Card) 7:30pm Meet at Hollywood Studios for Fantasmic Show begins at 8:30p Stick around for Symphony in the Stars: A Galactic Spectacular at 9:15p (Star Wars show!!!) Return to the Magic Kingdom or Hotel after the show (Disney Transportation) 12am Park Closes, Return to Resort, Room Check, Tape In & LIGHTS OUT! We check out in the morning, please pack! Monday, March 21 st All Day Disney and Return Home 6:30am - Wake Up! Make sure you are up early enough, set an alarm! Breakfast is available at the resort for $$ or Dining Card Bags need to be packed and ready to go! 8:30am Room Check, bags brought down and check out Once bags are stored, you will not have access to them until we return home! NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT/PAYMENT AGREEMENT I, (print name), hereinafter referred to as Buyer, agree to pay the amount of $100.00 as a ~NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT for the choir trip to Festival Disney in Orlando, FL by Tuesday, September 4th, 2018. Furthermore, the Buyer agrees to make NON-REFUNDABLE monthly payments of $150.00 by the 1st Monday of each month, beginning Monday, October 1 st and concluding with any balance due Monday, Feburary 4 th, 2019. Please make checks out to NFHS Choir. Credit/Debit payments accepted through PayPal (via Charms). Buyer understands, acknowledges and agrees that if he/she fails to make the required payments on time and/or chooses to cancel their trip at a later date, ALL DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS MADE TO THAT POINT SHALL BE FORFEITED WITH NO REFUND OFFERED. Buyer agrees that the Booster Treasurer (Amy Anderson, joeamy619@att.net) will be notified within one week before any due date of a potential on time payment issue. Any payment issues will be dealt with on a case- by-case basis and at the sole discretion of Mr. Seese. Please note that FairShares MUST be paid by the Oct 12 th deadline or you risk forfeiture of your payments to satisfy your financial obligation to the choir.
