Chesapeake Bay Chapter The Antique and Classic Boat Society invites you to attend our 29 th Annual Antique & Classic Boat Festival Friday-Monday, June 17-20, 2016 At the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum in beautiful St. Michaels, Maryland In addition to enjoying our great boat show, you ll find historic St. Michaels to be a great destination for a day trip or a weekend, with inviting shops, excellent restaurants and charming homes. Registration: Your Boat Festival registration and entry forms need to be completed and received no later than June 1, 2016. Walk-in registrations will be charged an additional fee of $25, and there may not be space for your boat(s). Also, any boats registered after the deadline of June 1st, including Festival walk-ins, will not be eligible for judging. Docking Information: As always, we will accommodate as many boats as possible, but there are a limited number of slips. Please register early to ensure your slip reservation. FOD & NFM sellers can register for the show (next page) with all its privileges or register for the FODs and/or NFM only (pages 5&6). Professional vendors can register by contacting John Into at 410-745-3965 or via email at johninto@intothings.com River Cruises: This year there will be two cruises, a 2 ½ hour free cruise Friday afternoon around Wye Island and a luncheon cruise on Monday (see below). Guests will be accommodated on a space available basis at discretion of Captain. Captains bring extra life preservers. Friday cruise participants meet at 1:30 at the Oystering Building deck. Friday Night Captain s Cocktail Party: Join us at Navy Point from 6:00-7:30 for cocktails & light hors d oeuvres where you ll meet like-minded boaters and enthusiasts who share the love for antique & classic boats and motors. Saturday afternoon Seminars: TBD. Check our web site www.chesapeakebayacbs.org for updates. Sunday Awards Picnic: A typical American BBQ consisting of pulled pork & chicken with traditional picnic sides. The boat judging awards will be presented after the 11:30 meal. Monday River Cruise & Picnic: Stay over Sunday night and avoid the traffic and take a cruise on the beautiful Myles and Wye Rivers on Monday. Sign up on the registration form. Accommodations: We recommend that you make reservations as soon as possible. Each boat in the Field of Dreams area must have a FOR SALE sign provided by the Field of Dreams manager (see Registration Desk at the Festival), which will include the specifics of that boat. Pre-registration is not required, but desired, to guarantee a slot. You may show up at the festival at any time Friday or Saturday and enter your boat in the Field of Dreams, assuming a slot exists.
