Email Barb Kinsella if you have any questions about the treasury. Movie Night: Movie night was so much fun. We only had 2 volunteers plus 5 th grade committee. It was tough because of no volunteers. We did an intermission for the lunch with Mr. Bellows contest and then we never got the kids back into the movie. A shorter movie is recommended. We had at least 140 people. We earned $135 in sales - $66 for 50/50 - $207.50 snacks. We need to find out how the cheesecakes did. I think we should charge $2 admission next time. We think we could have one in the Spring.

We have a lot of youth XL sizes of the older inventory and we have some shorts. We are placing an order for restock soon, as well. We want to send out a letter to parents explaining what the Helping Hands Committee is about and ask for a donation for the committee specifically. The letter was reviewed and approved. Giving Tree is November 20 th. The items will be supporting the township. Daytime Secretary: If anyone needs anything printed and put into mailboxes, can you give Julie Appalucci a couple of days of notice and Julie can help you? Imagination is the key. Winner will be picked on December 17 th. 8.5X11 and need name and teacher on back. We need to start researching yearbooks for next year. We should raise the price to $17 by January 31 st and $20 after. There will be a family discount after the January 31 st.

Science Fair The science fair is for 4 th and the 5 th graders. Science Fair forms will be going out in December. More to come. Holiday Shoppe: We did great last year we have very little inventory left, however. Gina met a wholesaler that can help us to add great inventory for this year. The event is held the first week of December we need a lot of help for that night. Thank you to the Sweet Family for dry cleaning the Santa and Bulldog suit for us!!! December 4 th Holiday Shop Can we take orders at Holiday Shop for cheesecakes? Find a vendor that will help with this fundraiser.

They can be redeemed anytime. Candy Bar Bingo will be on January 25 th. We are brainstorming now for the rest of the year. Teacher that can dress up as an Elf fundraiser? December 21 st will be the Teacher Elf contest. Santa will be visiting on December 20 th. It is also Pajama Day. Upcoming Fundraising Dates: November 15 th - Wendy s Fundraiser November 29 th Chick Fil-a December 18 th Chipotle January 16th Bertucci s Council of School updates: Vicki thought it was good. They were reviewing all the fundraisers that each school does. Otis Spunkmeyer did really well. Lilley made over $3,000. Every school did clothing drives this year and everyone does Cherrydale. All of the high schools got their security vestibules. Drawer is available, so parents can drop items off without entering the schools. Security is a top priority. All high schools have paid retired security guards in the schools. They are implementing meditating and stress relief. Highland is having issues with vaping. The bathrooms are monitored.
