The students had a great time visiting the fair. We are happy to say that every student received a book during the event. We also are pleased to report that every classroom library benefited from the fair along with the media center. All 29 grade level teachers were able to add $150 worth of books to their classroom libraries (that is $4350!). The 4 special education teachers each picked out $75 in books (another $300!). The media center received $2000 in book credit. This made a total profit of approximately $6,650. WOW! We appreciate your wonderful support. We can show our support for the classroom libraries and the media center at the spring book fair. Mark your calendars for the Spring Book Fair in the middle of April. Thank you all the volunteers that made this event so much fun and a special thanks to the Whatley family for the very cool spaceship decorations. Attention 4th and 5th grade parents!
