11 th December 2017 TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN Dear Sir/Madam You may be aware that Football (Soccer) is the largest participation sport in Australia and easily the most popular game World Wide. The game continues to grow at all levels here, with our World Cup bound Socceroos and our sensational Matildas, who are taking the Women s game by storm, helping provide the inspiration for youngsters to get involved. It is a highly inclusive sport where players of all shapes and sizes can excel, especially when helped by quality coaching. However, that is one area where we need to see substantial improvement in order to realise the true potential of our sports loving nation. Budgewoi Football Club (BFC) has been working hard to help improve standards, especially in the area of coaching and have identified an established, well credentialed, international organisation to partner with. Most importantly, this organisation is focused on the U5, U6 and U7 age groups, believing that it s starting out in the right way that leads to great things down the track. That organisation is T3, founded by Tom Byer, please see the information brochure attached. Amongst his many achievements, it is recognised that the input into the Japanese game has helped raise that nations standings substantially. Unfortunately, establishing and running such initiatives like this does not come for free, there is a moderate cost involved. It is with that side of things that we need your help. We have packages available where for a small fee you can help get this program up and running. In return, apart from our gratitude and that of the youngsters who will be getting the best start to becoming quality footballers, we will promote your business in several ways. It is worth noting that you will also be getting the goodwill of the local community, an intangible asset worth its weight in gold. Please take the time to view the packages available on the following page and take a look at the T3 brochure attached. We look forward to hearing from you. Please contact Alicia Hills, Junior Vice President, with any questions you may have. Larger sponsorship agreements can be discussed with additional benefits and promotion. Yours faithfully, Alicia Hills Alicia Hills 0411 025 150 juniorvicepresident@budgewoifc.com.au

"PEOPLE OFTEN SAY OF TECHNICALLY GIFTED PLAYERS: 'HE'S A NATURAL.' BUT IS THAT TRUE? IT SUGGESTS THAT SOCCER ABILITY IS SOMETHING THAT'S ALREADY INSIDE A YOUNGSTER, HIDDEN AWAY IN THE DNA, JUST WAITING FOR SOMETHING OR SOMEONE TO BRING IT OUT. THE TRUTH IS THAT THERE WILL ALWAYS BE DIFFERENT LEVELS IN INNATE ABILITY, BUT THAT'S NOT TO SAY MANY IMPORTANT SKILL CAN'T BE TAUGHT OR LEARNED. SO WHEN CAN WE LEARN SOCCER SKILLS? AND WHERE CAN WE LEARN THEM? AND WHO CAN WE LEARN THEM FROM? YOU MIGHT BE SURPRISED AT THE ANSWERS. T O M B Y E R - T 3 I N T E R N A T I O N A L G L O B A L F O U N D E R

OUR PEOPLE T3 WAS CREATED BY PASSIONATE PEOPLE WITH A GOAL TO INCREASE THE STANDARD OF NON-ELITE FOOTBALL BY BUILDING A STRONG NETWORK FOR NOT JUST COACHES, BUT FOR THE WHOLE COMMUNITY. OUR TEAM OF 25 COACHES AND ADMINISTRATORS SHARE A COMMON GOAL FOR COMMUNITY SPORT AND CHILDREN TOM BYER EHSAN POPAL MATTHEW SIM Tom Byer is the T3 international founder and was at the forefront of the rapid Japanese football development over the last 25 years. Tom has been acknowledged worldwide by leading football experts, federations and media as the leading expert in grassroots football. Tom is now at the forefront of Chinese football development employed by the Chinese Ministry of Education. Ehsan is the co-founder of T3 Australia. Ehsan maturely ended his career as a semi-professional footballer in the NSW NPL 1 league to dedicate his life to focus on passion to increase the standards of community football. Alongside partner Matthew Sim, Ehsan has been responsible for rapidly setting up programs with13 clubs across Sydney. Matt is a co-founder of T3 Australia, whilst also being a professional footballer at the A-League level. Matt has spent countless hours working with grassroots children across over the last 4 years. Alongside partner Ehsan Popal, Matt has been responsible for rapidly setting up programs with 13 clubs across Sydney.

THE BOTTOM UP APPROACH "Everyone applauds the talented players who score all the goals and set them up. But what about the rest? How do we close the gap between the less skilled and continue to develop the highly skilled players? T3 Australia was founded in July 2011 by Ehsan Popal and Matt Sim to develop non elite community level football. T3 Australia is a grassroots organisation (not academy) dedicated to increasing the standards of grassroots (non-elite) football. T3's aim is to help community clubs assist children to develop both on the field, and off the field with the support of their parents. Our focus is not targeted at elite players, it is targeted at players of all abilities. By bridging the gap between the highly skilled and less skilled players, the overall level of ability, satisfaction and participation in the sport is increased. T3 has rapidly grown since its inception. We are currently working with several clubs and public schools in Sydney. The team of 25 coaches and administrators are one the fastest growing sporting organisations in Sydney.

Develop the standard within The T3 Football Ecosystem With strong expertise in, and a deep understanding of, the development process of school children, T3 Australia has created a unique philosophy centred around building a 'football ecosystem'. The football ecosystem is the formation of key influences that will give optimum opportunity for a child to develop skills and maximise their enjoyment with the round ball. Developing a fun environment where learning technique is the key to enjoying the game for years to come. Our structure has enabled many clubs to increase community satisfaction; more skilful children and pleased parents. Club members are supported by a culture where technical development can take place at training or at home. T3 has resources like technology and media to reach the masses at the click of a finger. Pictured below are the key elements of the T3 football ecosystem. Structured Club Coaching Whole Community inclusion Off-field resources Parents Education

DETAILED PLANNING The training on field structure is periodised and takes into consideration the psychological and physiological skill levels of children of abilities. The programs are designed to provide a challenging yet fun environment for high performing children and the less skilled respectively. T3 will assist the club to develop online content that can be shared via social media channels. The content will give parents and children to further practise at home The T3 coaches have bubbly personalities to engage the 'Generation Z' children. Experience is paramount. Sessions also provide contextual learning where children can self-guide through environmental challenges, using the support of the T3 coaches when needed. Our philosophy inherits the simple notion the game ''the game is the best teacher'. Assessments and evaluation forms of players are also available for the club to op for.

ENGAGING THE PARENT COACHES The T3 coaches and managers night is a fantastic opportunity to engage with the parents who are volunteering to coach and manager their local junior teams. Held prior to the commencement of the season, the night is designed to engage with community coaches about T3's philosophy and skills coaching content. T3 head coach Ehsan will present a short 45-60 minute presentation on the age-spefific skills for grassroots children and how sessions will be implemented. A thorough understanding of the principles of development will demonstrated by Ehsan who will walk through coaches on skill development stages and outcomes. Ehsan will also present to parents on how to transition to match day. Parents will also receive tips on game play and positioning. The night will be conducted in question and answer format.

COMMUNITY EVENTS WITH SPONSORS T3 will also facilitate community programs outside the club structure. With many local kids not being registered with a club, the goal will be to link non-club members to the local clubs, through community events. In the past T3 has facilitated many events for communities of different nationalities, cultural backgrounds, and religious faiths. There still remain a large group of children who do not participate in organised sport. The T3 community programs engages with parents and children who may not play weekend sport. The T3 community events also provide an opportunity for local clubs to engage with sponsors and run football gala events for their sponsors. More recently T3 as partnered with one of Sydney's largest councils in running development programs for local council residents during the school holidays.
