Introduction Welcome to Trainer Track Stats Lite (TTS Lite) 2016 Summer Editions. TTS has been the leading statistical analysis of racehorse trainer patterns for nearly a decade now and with this FREE Guide I hope to showcase our amazing research and show how our methodical approach to race analysis can help make your betting both fun, and more importantly, profitable. The basic idea behind all TTS Guides is that certain trainers will target specific types of races at certain race tracks with a particular type of horse. It's an approach that has stood us in good stead over the years and is something that we believe in 100% here at TTS. And with profits in 11 of our last 12 Seasons we have the results to prove just how successful this approach can be. We usually publish one Guide in June for the Flat and one Guide in the Winter for the NH but this Summer we have expanded our range and will be publishing 6 TTS Guides covering the UK and Irish Flat, the All Weather and the NH Summer Jumps. We feel that by expanding our range of Guides this will enable us to concentrate on the very best systems available rather than trying to find a less than satisfactory trainer just to add a particular track to the roster. We're looking for the 'cream of the crop' spread over a wider range of the UK and Irish horse racing spectrum while ditching those trainers that don't 'cut the mustard'. So, in total this Summer, we have 42 of the best performing TTS combinations spread over 6 Guides (just 4 more systems than we had from one Guide last Summer) that should ensure an increase to both our win strike rate and, of course, our profit figures. The 6 TTS systems contained in this FREE download are all taken from the full TTS Guides that will be used by our members this Summer and should give you a good idea of the incredible standard of this years TrainerTrackStats combinations. Good luck, Gavin Priestley p.s. You can find out more about me, and follow my day to day antics at my blog: www.nag-nag-nag.co.uk/ Betting Bank Please note that due to the statistical nature of this information, losing runs can occur. I recommend a betting bank to begin with of at least 50 points. That is, if you normally bet 5, then a bank of 250 should be used. If you normally bet, 20, then 1000 bank is recommended, and so on. We therefore remind you that you should only ever bet with an amount of money that you can afford to lose. User s Guide In putting this guide together, I have tried to make things as easy as possible. However, there are one or two terms which newcomers to TTS may not understand, and so here is a glossary of terms and their meanings. MAIN TTS GUIDE 2016 NOTTINGHAM Nottingham operates only on the Flat with a left handed oval circuit with a long run-in of five furlongs. It is a very fair track where the draw on the straight course can be crucial. With the stalls on the far side, low numbers are preferred whilst on the stands side, high numbers have a distinct advantage particularly on soft ground. TTS Ranking System: 80% (ranked 4th of 14 trainers in the main TTS Guide) Michael Appleby has been targeting the Nottingham handicaps to great effect over the last 5 years and has maintained a very consistent win and place strike rate whilst doing so. High profits, plenty of winners, an easy to operate system and that excellent strike rate make for just the type of combination we actively seek out here at TTS. 'ONE-LINERS' TTS GUIDE 2016 SALISBURY Salisbury is a right handed galloping track that is quite testing due to it's uphill finish. There is a separate chute that extends to a mile and a loop at around the 5f pole that allows Salisbury to host races up to 1m 6f. Runners for these longer races start infront of the stands before heading up the track in the wrong direction, negotiating the loop and heading back down the straight to the finish. Jockey Lester Piggott had his very first ride in public at Salisbury, in 1948. TTS Ranking System: 73% (ranked 2nd of 5 trainers in the full 'one-liners' TTS Guide) Roger Varian's record with his runners over 7f at Salisbury is simply astounding. From a small number of runners each Season he has managed a near 70% strike rate and a profit per runner of 2.15pts. Despite this amazing record punters have yet to totally latch on to him here over 7f and his winners continue to reward followers at generous odds. ins Runs P/L LSP% «s R. 2YO TTS GUIDE 2016 SALISBURY Salisbury is a right handed galloping track that is quite testing due to it's uphill finish. The results over the last 5 years have a fairly uniform look to them which bodes well for this Season but shortish prices will probably be the order of the day. IRISH (FLAT) TTS GUIDE 2016 NAAS The County Kildare course is a left handed, galloping track that is around 1½ miles in circumference. There are three chutes that come off the main track. The first hosts the start of the 5f & 6f sprints and they are run on a straight course, the second is for the 7f & 1m races and require runners to navigate a bend and the third is for the 1m4f races that means the runners take in the entire circumference of the track. TTS Ranking System: 72% (ranked 3rd of 5 trainers in the full Irish TTS Guide) By backing Ger Lyons' younger horses at distances up to a mile that are carrying a lot of weight we would have backed at least 2 winners in each of the last 5 Seasons. His strike rate suffers a bit due to a low return in 2011 but he still managed to make a profit that year and he kept up that record by making a profit for each of the next 4 years. ALL WEATHER (UK) TTS GUIDE 2016 LINGFIELD Lingfield is also a polytrack surface and is probably the fastest of the all weather tracks. Horses that are held off the pace tend to do best and it's usual to see falsely run races as nobody wants to lead. Lingfield is left-handed and triangular in shape with undulations throughout and a slight downhill run into a short home straight. There is a separate small chute in the home straight which starts the 1m4f races. TTS Ranking System: 74% (ranked 3rd of 3 trainers in the full All Weather TTS Guide) Sir Michael Stoute hasn't traditionally sent that many runners to the All Weather but his record at Lingfield in low grade races since 2012 has been excellent with at least 4 winners for each Season. It shouldn't take too long to figure out the daily runners and we look guaranteed to have plenty of winners from the stable throughout the Summer months. SUMMER JUMPS (NH) TTS GUIDE 2016 PERTH The Northernmost course in the UK, Perth is a right handed track with a level, sharp circuit of a mile and a quarter. The fences are relatively easy which suits front runners and handy types. Due to an excellent watering system, the going is rarely on the firm side. TTS Ranking System: 65% (ranked 4th of 8 trainers in our full Summer Jumps TTS Guide) It's a long journey from South Wales to Perth so it comes as no surprise to see Tim Vaughan isn't wasting his time sending no-hopers to the Scottish track. He's been targeting the lower class races to great effect over the last 5 years and can boast a 50% strike rate on all his runners. A winner in each of the last 5 seasons and a profit each year is just the type of system we're looking for and we'll be hoping Mr Vaughan can continue his successful northern raids. T. Vaughan 6-9yo.
