Nominations will close on Monday March 13 *********** LOTTERY DRAWING FOR POOL FUNDING BONDS On Monday, March 13th, we will be holding the lottery drawing for the five individuals who will be purchasing the bonds for the pool. This drawing will be held after the social board meeting. To make this a fun, INTERACTIVE, event for everyone, we are going to be playing a game to guess which number will be the last number drawn. The game is called Last Man Standing or if you want to be politically correct, Last Person Standing. We have 21 individuals interested in purchasing the bonds. These 21 individuals or their representative, will be standing up front with their corresponding number. As the beginning numbers are drawn out, the person will sit down. The last five numbers drawn will be our bond purchasers. And the last number drawn will be the winning number for the Last Man Standing game. Tickets to play the game will be $10. You can buy as many tickets as you want. You will write you name on a board under the number you think will be the last number drawn. People can put their name on any number they select and multiple people can have their name on the same number. You will also be given a slip of paper with the number you selected so you don t forget which number you placed your bet on. The winning number will have a payout of 25% of the amount of money we collect for the game. The individuals who placed their bet on the winning number will divide up the 25% payout. If the last number drawn has no name on the board, no payout will be made! We want to raise money for the pool with this event! We want to have fun with the lottery draw! So remember to bring extra money on Monday morning to be a part of this fun event. The Pool Funding Committee *********** SIESTA VILLAGE TERMITES We are a group of wood carvers that meet Friday mornings in the All Purpose Room from 10:00-12:00.
