To the mall and central park unsure ; Mall Area; Salem Church Rd Area; Harrison Rd Area; to some of the larger neighborhoods along the corridor to make it more convenient. Define the properties of "High Quality" in absolte or telative terms Fredericksburg to Harrison Crossing Shopping shopping/entertainment' work/employment centers; highly populated areas Mall; ; Route 3 West Malls; Park and Rides ;Mall; Harrison Crossing; Commuter Parking Lots;Train Station Downtown Fredericksburg River to Spots Can run on same FRED route, but should also run on weekends. I would not consider a corridor anywhere near the existing Rt. 3 route.
