Pony to be judged for suitability as a lead rein pony. Class 19 First Ridden Pony 12yrs and under To be ridden in any suitable bit. Pony judged on manners, kindness and sensible going. Class 20 Pony Club Pony 14yrs and under Will be judged on suitability for all Pony Club activities. Will include an individual show and a small jump. Class 21 Ridden Veterans Ponies 15yrs and over. Callers are allowed in all tests. Times will be posted on the Craven Hunt Pony Club website from Thursday 22nd June. CLASSES: RING 5 CLEAR ROUND JUMPING ALL DAY ENTRIES Enter online at www.horse-events.co.uk Entry Fees - Ring 1 and Ring 4-12 per class, Ring 2-10 per class and Ring 3-5 per class. Booking Fee 75p per entry/class Entries on the day 2 extra. Entries may be limited so early entry is advisable. It is a condition of entry that all team managers inform competitors of the rules and their drawn order of jumping. A drawn order of jumping and dressage will be available on our website for Ring 1 and 4. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY Teams to be made up of 3 or 4 riders who are members of the same branch of the Pony Club and the best three scores will count. Team members to jump in succession and there will be a drawn order for each team. Riders may compete in more than one team in each class on a different horse. Tack and hats will be checked before competing in Ring 1 & 4. Rosettes and Medals to the winning Team in each Class. Rosette and Sash to the Individual Winner in each Class. Rosettes to 6th Place Team and Individuals in each Class. Trophy to best placed Craven Member in each Class In Ring 1. Prizes in kind Ring 2, 3 and 4. COURSE WALK BEFORE EACH JUMPING CLASS All Classes to be run as a TWO PHASE competition. Each competitor rides a course and clear rounds go straight into the jump-off section.
RULES AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY 1. The Judges & Show Organiser s decision in all matters will be FINAL. 2. This event will be run under Pony Club Show Jumping Rules 2018. 3. Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other personal property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis. 4. The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present at this event. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. They must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards. 5. All non Pony Club competitors are not covered by The Pony Club insurance and must have their own third party cover. The Craven Hunt Branch of The Pony Club and the organisers of this event are not legally responsible for non Members and their insurance will not cover you. 6. Only Pony Club approved hats may be worn. 7. No earrings or any other jewellery. 8. In the event of cancellation entry fees will be refunded less 2 on receipt of SAE within 14 days to cover expenses. 9. The Organisers reserve the right to cancel, and/or amend, any of the classes as they feel fit or alter advertised time or refuse entry without stating reason. 10. No entry fee will be refunded without a veterinary or doctor s certificate. 11. Entries in all classes will be limited. 12. Telephone entries or entries without the appropriate fee will not be accepted. 13. Individual entries will be accepted in Ring 1 on the day time permitting. 14. No horse/pony under the age of 4 may compete. 15. Objections accompanied by a deposit of 10 must be made in writing to the Secretary within 15 minutes of the incident. The deposit will be forfeited if the objection is not sustained. DOGS MUST BE KEPT ON LEADS AT ALL TIMES!!
