Air Pistol Match Chris Maxwell and Dan Roller, Match Directors Linden Conservation Club 02/03/13 We had our busiest match of the season with 7 shooters posting 25 entries (including one Air Rifle). It was good to see Randy Hillyer back on our line, firing his traditional UAS score of 40+8 for our best score of the day. Lots of other nice scores posted as well, in fact we had four leg ups on the day, the most of those in some time; David Wood in Production with an oh-so-close 39 followed by a nice 31 in USIS, Perry Brown with a 30 in Unlimited Standing, and me with a 37 in USIS. In fact, six entries were at 30 plus in US and USIS for the day, with three Standing entries at 28 plus! Thus, three of us posted into the President s Club Standing Club aggregates. David Wood also edged into the Three Gun 100 club. A new club member, Adam Fruehling, came over the check out the action and fired a sampling of the equipment near the end of the day. He did very well, could be a future threat, hope to see you post an entry next month Adam! Thanks once again to everyone for staying until the end and helping clean up and put away, that is a big help and much appreciated. See you in March!
