Bypss Compenstor Crtridge, Size 6 Q mx = 5 l/min, p mx = 42 br Direct cting, djustble compenstor spring Description These direct-cting bypss pressure-compenstor (hydrostt) crtridges, series DWDP-2B -6, re size 6, high performnce screw-in crtridges with n M42x2 mounting thred. The min stge is designed on the sliding-spool principle, nd it cn be set between 5 br using the djustble compenstor spring. Pressure-compenstor crtridges mintin the control pressure difference between inlet nd outlet pressure - for exmple, cross throttle (n orifice) - t constnt level. This mens tht the flow rte is independent of the lod pressure t the ctutor. The djusting screw or the hnd-knob enble the user to crry out system optimistion directly on the equipment, without ny need to instll or replce components tht hve different flow rnges (e.g. Compenstor spring djustble from 5 br Externl remote-control port with integrl dmping orifice High flow rtes Excellent stbility over the whole pressure nd flow rnge vilble with hnd-knob or tmper-proof cp ll exposed prts with zinc-nickel plting Cn be fitted in line-mounting body proportionl vlves). To sfegurd vlve settings, the djusting screw cn be seled with tmper-proof cp. By fitting externl pilot controls (pressure-relief vlves or 2/2 unloding vlves) in the line to the port, dditionl functions such s pressure relief or vented bypss from 2 cn be produced. These screw-in crtridges re used in hydrulic circuits in mobile nd industril pplictions, predominntly in conjunction with throttle crtridge. ll externl prts of the crtridge re zinc-nickel plted to DIN 5 979 nd re thus suitble for use in the hrshest operting environments. 7 ppliction exmples The following digrm shows typicl mnifold block tht uses our direct cting, bypss pressure-compenstor crtridges. Becuse the port cn be pressurised by the returning oil, priority nd series circuits cn be constructed. If the direct cting bypss compenstor (BDWD) does not receive lod signl from the shuttle vlve (WV), it forwrds the oil flow to the next ctutor with pressure drop tht, t its mximum, is equl to the control p (5 br) tht hs been set. If the 4/ proportionl directionl vlve (4/-PW) is now operted, the inline compenstor (IDW) ensures lod-independent trvel t speed tht is determined by the 4/ proportionl directionl vlve. mximum pressure cn be set with the proportionl pressure-relief pilot vlve (epd). The direct cting bypss compenstor (BDWD) ensures tht the 4/ proportionl directionl vlve (4/-PW) is supplied with the oil flow rte tht it requires, regrdless of the other ctutors. The surplus flow is mde vilble to the other ctutors. If the ventble proportionl throttles (PD nd PD2) re not operted, the flow is routed to tnk through the bypss compenstors (BDWD2 nd BDWD). If the proportionl throttles (PD nd/or PD2) re ctivted, the hydrulic motors (Motor nd/or Motor 2) rotte t speeds tht re independent of their lods. The speed is determined by the respective proportionl throttle. The direction of rottion of Motor cn be reversed by operting the 4/2 directionl vlve (4/2-WV). The hydrulic motors (Motor nd Motor 2) work in series mode in which either or both cn be switched on, nd their speeds cn be set individully t ny required level nd will be independent of lod. Zyl.
