4 Download and read the ChampCar Endurance Series BCCR: https://champcar.org/rules Reading the rules is required by all CCES drivers, crew and car builders. Pit, Paddock and Garage Supplemental Rules: SRPP1 Those of you who have been to Harris Hill before, well you know the drill. Trailers will be parked along the edges of the paddock area, the center will be coned off to allow race cars to circulate through in a circle. Pit stops will be conducted at each team s paddock space. SRPP2 Trailer rigs over 28-feet long Must, emphasis on Must, make arrangements with the track prior to arrival. SRPP3 All teams shall have one (1) fully-charged 10lb ABC fire extinguisher in their pit area. All teams shall have one (1) 10lb bag of kitty litter or other reasonable absorbent for oil leaks and/or fuel spillage in their pit area. Having a broom handy is also be advisable. SRPP4 Drivers may remain in the car during fueling and driver changes may also be completed. All engines and electrical kill switches must be off during fueling. NO WORK ON ANY CAR SHALL BE COMPLETED DURING REFUELING. SRPP6 All team members that are fueling must wear a Nomex driver s suit, gloves and full-face helmet, Nomex socks and closed toe shoes, along with a balaclava if required for facial hair or long hair. SRPP10 - In order to help Harris Hill Raceway (H2R) be good neighbors we must follow their sound regulations very carefully. ChampCar s rule of 92dB @ 50 feet WOT might be pushing the limits. H2R s limit is 85dB at the property line (which the track comes close to at some points) and we have agreed that 92dB trackside will be acceptable. If you think your car will be pushing the sound limits, please plan accordingly! H2R will be checking db levels on Friday during tech and the practice day so there will be time to make modifications if necessary. Please contact Dana.Morrison@ChampCar.org with any questions. SRPP11 - Harris Hill Raceway (H2R) has a very tight paddock area, therefore H2R and ChampCar have implemented trailer size restrictions. Please take the time to look at the trailer restrictions for H2R located at the end of the supplemental rules. If your trailer is longer than 28 you will need to reserve one of eight spots available. We highly encourage you to bring smaller trailers if possible. You must check in with an H2R employee before you park your trailer. If you show up to H2R with a trailer larger than 28 and have not reserved a spot you will have to drop your trailer and bring in your equipment to the pit and paddock area with another vehicle. SRPP7 Electric, propane or kerosene heaters within the cold side of the pit wall are allowed provided all heating elements or flame sources are directed away from any flammable material and are kept a minimum of 20 from any fuel storage. No open flame stoves or BBQs are allowed in the cold pits. SRPP9 All cars, used or junk parts too big for a normal trash can, empty fuel drums and anything else you brought with you must be taken out with you. If you leave it behind, we ll track you down and it won t be pretty.

Test & Tune Information: From 12-noon to 6:00pm Harris Hill Raceway will administer a Test/Practice Session. The event fee is $200. Arrangements and management of the Test/ Practice session is through the track. Also, please make sure you bring your car through Tech and Registration during the day. Paddock: The VIR South Paddock is really small. Teams will need to line up and store your car behind your trailer, not beside it. You will get one lane. Paddock Electric: None. Pitlane Electric: None Lighting: There is no lighting in the paddock, please plan to bring whatever lighting you need. Pit Passes: Teams are advised that all team members, family, and guests who desire Pit Lane access MUST purchase a Weekend Membership Pass through ChampCar at the track. ChampCar members can obtain a free pit pass by showing their membership card. Guest Pass: Guests may purchase a weekend membership to ChampCar at the gate and watch the race for $20. Children: No children under-18 allowed on pit road. Camping: Teams may camp in their rigs overnight, please note the specific requirements for rigs over 28-feet. Camping / Camper Hookups: None Barbecues: BBQ s are allowed in the camping area only, provided all BBQ s are supervised at all times, a fire extinguisher is within 15 of the open flame, and all open flames are (at a minimum) 20 from all race cars, fuel storage or other flammable sources. Restroom / Showers: Restroom is in the Club House. There are no showers. Gate: There will be overnight access in and out of the track overnight. Concessions: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner available Saturday and Sunday. Fuel on site: None. Weather: We re racing, regardless of the weather.
