Originally built as woolstores in 1893, the buildings have been extensively renovated to create a modern and impressive campus centre. Geelong is home to many local beaches and parks, such as the botanical gardens, so you can enjoy every minute of the sunshine. Central Geelong offers a diverse range of cuisine, wine and activities ranging from cultural, recreational and family friendly. Greater Geelong is also famous for excellent surf beaches and an amazing wine region witplenty of opportunities to visit local cellar doors and taste some great Australian wines on offer.

SPONSORED EVENTS CHAIRMAN S BREAKFAST $600 + GST The Chairman s breakfast will take place each morning of the AFI 2016 Conference and is an opportunity for the Conference Chair and the day s speaker to get together before the beginning of the days program. Sponsor can place promotional flags or leaflets at each end of the table. SPONSORED ITEMS DELEGATE LANYARDS SPONSOR $1,500 + GST All delegates will receive a name badge and attached lanyard upon registration. The lanyard sponsor will have their logo (provided by the sponsor) printed on the lanyard. SATCHEL SPONSOR $3,000 + GST All delegates will receive a conference satchel upon registration. The satchel sponsor will have their logo (provided by the sponsor) alongside the Conference logo in a prominent position on all satchels SPEAKERS GIFTS SPONSOR $2,000 + GST All speakers at the AFI 2016 Conference will be presented with a gift as a mark of appreciation for their contribution to the event program. The Speakers Gift Sponsor your organisations logo will be displayed on the gift provided, and the Session Chair will acknowledge the sponsoring organisation to the audience at the end of the session. CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS USB $1,500 + GST All delegates will receive at registration a USB containing all papers presented at AFI 2016. The Conference Proceedings USB Sponsor will have their logo (artwork to be provided) printed on the USB. SATCHEL INSERTS $600 + GST All delegates will receive a conference satchel upon registration. Organisations have the opportunity to include one insert for all attendees approximately 150 will be required to be provided at sponsors cost or through coordination with the AFI Conference Event Team.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. The AFI 2016 Conference Committee and Organisers reserve the right to amend the sponsorship program or tailor sponsorship packages to benefit the sponsor and/or the conference. Every effort will be made to maximise sponsor benefits as well as delegates experience. 2. The AFI 2016 Conference Committee and Organisers reserve the right, in its absolute discretion, to refuse any sponsorship application that does not up hold the objectives of the conference. 3. The AFI Conference Committee and Organisers reserve the right to vary the quoted prices in accordance with any change to the legislated rate of the GST which is currently 10% and is applicable to all goods and services offered by the conference. 4. All sponsorship and trade display bookings will only be confirmed on receipt of a signed application form. 5. All cancellations must be advised in writing directly to AFI Conference Event Team. Please note that in case of cancellation, a fee of 50% of the value of sponsorship may apply 6. No sponsor or exhibitor will be able to set up their trade display until full payment and a booking form is received by the AFI Conference Events Team 7. No sponsor shall assign, sublet or apportion the whole or any part of their sponsorship package without the approval of the AFI 2016 Conference Committee and Organisers 8. The AFI 2016 Conference Committee and Organisers will not accept liability for damages of any nature sustained by participants or their accompanying persons or loss or damage to their personal property as a result of the AFI 2016 Conference or related events. 9. In the event that the Conference is cancelled or delayed through no fault of the AFI 2016 Conference Committee and Organisers, including, but not limited to, fire, flood, labour disputes, natural disasters, acts of God, civil disorders, riots, insurrections, work stoppages, slow-downs or disputes, or other similar events then the exhibitor/ sponsor shall not be entitled to any refund or claim for any loss or damage.
