EVENT TITLE, DATE & VENUE 1.1. The Event shall be known as the 2019 Liqui Moly Bathurst 12 Hour, hereinafter referred to as The Event, to be held at the Mount Panorama Circuit, Bathurst, New South Wales from the 30 th January 3 rd February 2019. 2. ORGANISATION AND STATUS 2.1. The Event shall be held under the FIA International Sporting Code including Appendices, the National Competition Rules (NCR) of the Confederation of Australian Motor Sport Ltd (CAMS), the Race Meeting Standing Regulations (RMSR) published by CAMS, relevant Championship and/or Series Sporting and Technical Regulations as approved by CAMS, these Supplementary Regulations, and any Further Supplementary Regulations and instructions to competitors that may be issued. 2.2. The Event shall be a National Other Race Event. 2.3. Entries for this Event shall open on distribution of these Supplementary Regulations. 2 2019 Liqui Moly Bathurst 12 Hour Support Category Supplementary Regulations

5.2. All Competitors must complete the appropriate Entry Form for their category. 5.3. Entries for this Event shall close on Saturday 6 th of January 2018. The completed Entry Form must be received by the relevant Category Manager/Administrator no later than this time. 5.4. The Entry Fee for this Event is as agreed between the relevant Category Manager/Administrator and the Promoter and is payable to the Category Manager/Administrator. 5.5. Entries for this Event are by invitation only and the submitting of an entry does not automatically imply an invitation was issued. 5.6. The maximum number of entries accepted for each Support Category shall be as agreed between the Promoter and the relevant Category Manager/Administrator. 5.7. Entries to this Event may be refused in accordance with the provisions of NCR 83. 6. EVENTS 6.1. Liqui Moly Bathurst 12 Hour: Conducted in accordance with the 2019 Liqui Moly Bathurst 12 Hour Category Supplementary Regulations specifically published for this Competition. 6.2. 2019 Radical Australia Cup: Round 1: 2 x 16 Lap Races (45 Minutes Time Certain) Conducted in accordance with the 2019 Radical Australia Cup Sporting and Technical Regulations as approved by CAMS. 6.3. Group S Classic Sports Car Racing: 3 x 10 Lap Races (30 Minutes Time Certain) Conducted in compliance with the Technical Regulations for 5 th Category - Group Sa, Group Sb and Group Sc. 6.4. 2019 Bathurst Skye Sands Combined Sedans Invitation Only: 3 x 10 Lap Races (35 Minutes Time Certain) Conducted in compliance with the Technical Regulations for 3 rd Category Group 3D, Sports Sedans and the attachment to these Regulations 6.5. Formula Ford 50 th Anniversary Race: 3 x 10 Lap Races (30 Minutes Time Certain) Conducted in compliance with the Technical Regulations for 1 st Category Formula Ford and Formula Ford 1600 and 5 th Category Group F. 7. SCHEDULE OF EVENTS 7.1. The Schedule for the Event will be included in the Further Regulations. 7.2. The Schedule for the Event may be varied or altered at the Promoter s discretion to ensure that all Liqui Moly Bathurst 12 Hour Category Sessions and Races stay on schedule. You will be notified of any change as soon as possible and the Organisers will do everything possible to maintain your Category Sessions times as these are an important part of the program. 7.3. The Organiser reserves the right to postpone, abandon or cancel the Event or any part of the Event in accordance with NCR 59. 8. LICENCE REQUIREMENTS 8.1. Each Competitor must hold a CAMS Competitor Licence unless they comply with 8.2 below. 8.2. Each Driver must hold a minimum of a CAMS Clubman Circuit (CC) competition licence unless specified otherwise in the applicable series regulations, or: 8.2.1 Hold a Motor Sport New Zealand National C1/C2 Competition Licence and valid Tasman Visa for the meeting; or 8.2.2 Hold the minimum of the highest grade National Licence issued by a foreign ASN required for the event and obtains approval to compete from the ASN that issued their licence. (i) Each such driver and competitor will be ineligible to score points in any Championship/Cup/Series/Trophy/etc connected with the Event; and shall be required to receive an authorisation to compete from CAMS prior to the Event. 8.3. The Organiser confirms that the circuit to be used for this Event holds the necessary CAMS National Track licence for each of the events nominated in these Supplementary Regulations. 9. CREDENTIALS & ACCREDITATION 9.1. Competitors will be allocated personnel passes these will be available from the Category Administrator/Manager. Passes will be required for admission from 5pm Wednesday 30 th January. Each Competitor will also be issued with one support category parking pass this pass will allow access to the Team Parking area located on the outside chase next to Rydges. must be attached to the front screen as any vehicle not displaying the correct car pass will be towed, and any costs incurred will be charged to the Competitor. 9.2. For Competitors unable to collect their pass by 5pm Wednesday the Accreditation Centre is located in Harris Park near the Main Gate, the Office will be open at the following times: Tuesday 29 st January 0900 to 1700 Wednesday 30 th January 0900 to 1700 Thursday 31 st January 0700 to 1700 Friday 1 st February 0600 to 1800 Saturday 2 nd February 0600 to 1800 Sunday 3 rd February 0500 to 1200 10. MEDICAL SERVICES 10.1. The Circuit Medical Centre is located at the Pit Entry end of Pit Lane and will be operational during the following times: Wednesday 30 th January 0900-1630 Thursday 31 st January 0745-1630 Friday 1 st February 0630-1830 Saturday 2 nd February 0630-1830 Sunday 3 rd February 0430-1830 10.2. Any medical assistance that is required outside of the operating hours outlined in 10.1, please contact 000. SUPPORT PADDOCK SPACE ALLOCATION 11.1. The Support Paddock allocation will be planned at the discretion of the Promoter in consultation with the relevant Category Manager/Administrator, a Paddock Map will follow in the Further Supplementary Regulations. Please also note all Pit Lane Garages have been allocated to Liqui Moly Bathurst 12 Hour Competitors. 12. ACCESS TO THE CIRCUIT PROPERTY AND SUPPORT PADDOCKS 12.1. All accreditation will be scanned on entry to the circuit throughout the Event, and competitors should ensure that all persons associated with them are to keep their credential and some form of personal identification on or near them at all times which clearly identifies them as the person wearing the allocated credential. 12.2. All credentialed persons leaving the circuit and wishing to return the same day must ensure their credential is scanned out as they leave the Circuit. Credentials automatically reset at 00:00 each night for use the next day. 12.3. Competitors should note that there will be limited Security in this paddock throughout the Event and that they should take their own security precautions at all times, particularly while their cars are on the track. 12.4. All Transporters are required to enter the Support Paddock by turning left at Murrays Corner and traveling reverse track direction along Conrod Straight, entry to the paddock is via the gate, Drivers right prior to the pedestrian bridge. 12.5. Wednesday 30 th January 0900 1700 12.4.4 Formula Ford 50 th Anniversary Race Tuesday 29 th January 0900 1700 Wednesday 30 th January 0900 1700 No Transporters are allowed to enter the Circuit until the above times and until the Category Manager/Administrator is onsite to facilitate park up. 12.6. It is not permitted to wash transporters at the Circuit. 12.7. All access lanes in and around the Race Paddocks must be kept clear at all times during the Event including when unloading your automobiles from your race transporter or trailer. 12.8. Competitors must work on their race vehicles in the space they are allocated and not in or from their own transporters. 12.9. Support Competitors may not move from their allocated Support Paddock position on Saturday 2 nd February until 1900 unless otherwise instructed by the Promoter/Organiser. 12.10. Competitors, including their associated people, are not permitted to sleep overnight in the Paddock area. 12.11. Where a competitor requires their personnel to work late into the evening and/or into the early hours of the following morning, they must first attain permission by advising their Category Manager who then must seek permission from the Promoter. 12.12. Overnight accommodation within the Event Precinct is only permitted in areas defined by the Promoter, and only if the required site fees have been paid. 12.13. Access from the Paddock Area on Monday 4 th February will be limited to the following times due to Circuit activity, Monday morning prior to 08:30 or during resident access at midday. Outside of these times the Chase Tunnel can be used. Please note the Chase Tunnel is 3.1mtrs high and 2.7mtrs wide. 13. PADDOCK AREA MOVEMENTS 13.1. All Competition Vehicle movements to and from sessions are to travel in the one-way directions as shown on the Paddock Movements Diagram in the Further Supplementary Regulations. 13.2. Service Vehicles In Pit Lane Service Vehicles must be a pushable trolley able to carry the necessary equipment. These should initially be lined up in the Marshalling Area and the Scrutineering Area at the Pit Entry end of the paddock area at the same time as the Race Vehicles are called to move to the Marshalling Area. When directed, these service trolleys must be pushed direct to Pit Lane following the procedure set out in these Supplementary Regulations and under the direction of Officials. Once there, the trolleys must be stationed against the pit garage wall in the working lane, in a location as directed by the category manager. 13.3. All trolleys transporting equipment i.e. tyres, fuel etc., when moved in a public area must be moved by a minimum of two personnel. A minimum of one person to push the trolley/drum and a minimum of one person acting as a spotter is required at all times. 13.4. All Cars travelling in the paddock other than to or from a scheduled session must be pushed. One person must be acting as a spotter at all times. 13.5. A speed limit of 10km/h applies to all vehicles in the paddock. 14. RACE TRACK WALK 14.1. Teams are permitted to undertake their Race Track walk on Wednesday 30 th January between 1200 and 1600. 14.2. All personnel participating in the Race Track walk must wear a high visibility vest. 15. SCRUTINEERING DOCUMENTATION 15.1. Scrutineering will be conducted in accordance with the CAMS Targeted Scrutiny system. Consequently, there are no scrutineering times listed. 15.2. The Documentation Check will be conducted by the Secretary of the Event or their representative in conjunction with each Category Manager/Administrator on Wednesday the 30 th of January, 2019 at an agreed upon time between 13:00 to 17:00hrs. 5 2019 Liqui Moly Bathurst 12 Hour Support Category Supplementary Regulations

16. FUEL AND FUEL HANDLING & STORAGE 16.1. Competitors must comply with their category series regulations regarding the use of fuel unless varied below. Competitors are not permitted to bring their own fuel on site. Required fuel must be arranged through RaceFuels Pty Ltd (Mark Tierney 0419 511 517) or by email fuelorder@racefuels.com.au website www.racefuels.com.au 16.2. Approved storage containers to a maximum of 40 ltrs are allowed to be brought into the Circuit by Competitors for the transportation of fuel from RaceFuels compound to your pit paddock location. RaceFuels will provide fuel storage containers for Radical Australia Cup Competitors only. 16.3. Support Competitors may not refuel their vehicles in Pit Lane, and in the paddock must comply with CAMS refuelling requirements at all times (Schedule D, Article 3.6 of the CAMS Manual). 17. WASTE OIL 17.1. All personnel must be aware of the fact that NO waste of any nature may be tipped into the storm water drains located within the support compound. 17.2. All storm water drains lead directly to the Macquarie River and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will be monitoring the situation in the lead up and throughout the Event. 17.3. This ban includes the washing of any wheel rims within the vicinity of storm water drains. 17.4. Competitors are advised that the EPA is taking an extremely proactive approach to this matter and Teams are put on notice that any infringement of this directive will result in action being taken by either the Promoter or the EPA or both. The EPA has the ability to prosecute offenders with heavy penalties. 17.5. The Promoter has provided an area for disposal of waste oil and/or fluid products that are located near the Circuit fuel dump. This is not for the disposal of used Car parts (i.e. oil filters etc.). 18. IN-CAR CAMERAS AND VIDEO FOOTAGE 18.1. No in-car cameras other than those fitted by personnel authorised by the broadcaster, cameras fitted for personal and Category judicial purposes are allowed. This includes any camera mounted to the Car and/or the body or helmet of the Driver or a passenger in Passenger Rides. Hand held cameras are not permitted. 18.2. All in-car footage taken during the Liqui Moly Bathurst 12 Hour Event remains the property of Supercars Australia Pty Ltd. Competitors are permitted access to the video images recorded by the cameras, however in the initial stage the footage is strictly for private internal purposes ; after 15 th February 2019 the footage can be broadcast or posted on social media via the internet. 19. TIMING 19.1. The Finish line will be the control line for all timing purposes. 19.2. All events will be time certain events. Competitors will be advised if the listed finish times vary on the day. 19.3. Timing of all Categories will be by an electronic timing system, the details of this system will be advised in the Further Supplementary regulations. 20. GENERAL 20.1. Protests, if any, must be lodged in accordance with Part XII of the NCR. 20.2. Awards will be as per Series Regulations or as advised by the Category Manager/Administrator. 20.3. Judges of Fact will be detailed in Further Regulations or by Bulletin at the circuit and posted on the Notice Board. 20.4. Entries will be accepted for each category up to the track density for that category, and thereafter, accepted as reserves under conditions to be discussed at time of acceptance. 21. ADDITIONAL FLAG POST 21.1. In addition to the flags shown at the control line, the following flags will be shown at Position 19.2 on the right hand side of the track (just after Turn 19) Black Flag, Black Flag with Orange Disc, Bad Sportsmanship Flag. If a driver is shown either of the first two of these flags at this flag post, that driver must leave the circuit at the Pit Lane Entry the next time they reach that entry lane. 6 2019 Liqui Moly Bathurst 12 Hour Support Category Supplementary Regulations

22. YELLOW FLASHING LIGHTS 22.1. Yellow Flashing Lights are located at Turn 6 (Left), Turn 8 (Right) and Turn 9 (Right), these lights are to indicate warning flag signals between that point and Turn 10. There are also Yellow Flashing lights located at Turn 10 (McPhillamy Park) and Turn 11 (Skyline), these lights are to indicate warning flag signals between that point and Turn 18 (Forest Elbow). The above lights are a warning signal only and do not have any Regulatory affect. 23. DRIVER BEHAVIOUR AND TRACK LIMITS 23.1. Driver behaviour is detailed in the Code of Driver Conduct in the Race Meeting Standing Regulations in the CAMS Manual. Each Sector Marshal is designated as a Judge of Fact with regard to driver behaviour, and in particular, shortening the course, and appropriate action will be taken if infringements are observed. Any driver exceeding the circuit limits, as defined by the solid line at the circuit edges, may be shown the Black Flag and brought into pit lane. 24. INSURANCE 24.1. Certain public, property, professional indemnity and personal accident insurance is provided by CAMS in relation to the event. Further details can be found in the CAMS Insurance Handbook, available at www.cams.com.au. 25. SAFE WORKING CONDITIONS SAFETY 1ST 25.1. This Event will be conducted in accordance with the CAMS Occupational Health and Safety Policy, which is available to be viewed at www.cams.com.au. 25.2. Competitors are reminded that they are responsible for the working conditions of their associated personnel at all times and must ensure that all applicable safe working conditions are met. 25.3. RPA - The use of Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA - drones and similar) is not permitted at any motorsport Event unless specifically approved by CAMS and the Event Organisers and must comply with CAMS RPA Policy. 26. ALCOHOL, DRUGS AND OTHER SUBSTANCES 26.1. Any holder of a CAMS Competition or Officials licence (or equivalent licence issued by another ASN) may be tested for the presence of drugs (or other banned substances) and subject to a penalty(ies) for a breach in accordance with the CAMS Anti-Doping Policy and/or the CAMS Illicit Drugs in Sport (Safety Testing) Policy as published on the CAMS website. Consumption of alcohol in the paddock, pits or any section of the competition venue/course under the control of the Officials is forbidden until all competition is concluded each day. Accordingly, any holder of a CAMS Competition or Officials licence (or equivalent licence issued by another ASN) may also be tested for the presence of alcohol by a CAMS Accredited Testing Official (CATO) in accordance with the CAMS Standard Operating Procedure for Breath Alcohol Testing. 27. MERCHANDISE SELLING 27.1. The selling of any team merchandise without prior approval in writing by the promoter is prohibited, merchandise sites with in Harris Park are available for purchase. 28. 2019 BATHURST SKYE SANDS COMBINED SEDANS 28.1.
