The 2014 BUGATTI OWNERS CLUB CHELTENHAM PORSCHE SPECIALISTS B LICENCE SPEED CHAMPIONSHIP 1. SPORTING REGULATIONS - GENERAL 1.1.1 The Bugatti Owners Club Cheltenham Porsche Specialists Speed Championship is organised and administered by the Bugatti Owners Club in accordance with the General Regulations of the Royal Automobile Club Motor Sports Association (incorporating the provisions of the International Sporting Code of the FIA) and these Championship Regulations. MSA Permit No. CH2014/S040 Status; National B MSA Championship Grade; C 1.2 Officials 1.2.1 Co-ordinator; Allan Cameron, Bugatti Owners Club, Prescott Hill, Gotherington, Cheltenham, GL52 9RD. 1.2.2 Eligibility Scrutineer; Adrian Longstaff (Chief) David J Boyles (Assistant) 1.2.3 Championship Stewards; Michael Blinkhorn, Richard Marshall and Tricia Davis. 1.2.4 Drivers Representatives; Chris Bound and Nick Phelps 1.2.5 Handicapper; Tim Milvain. 1.3 Competitor Eligibility. 1.3.1 Entrants must be fully paid up valid membership card holding members of the Bugatti Owners Club and in possession of a valid 2014 MSA Entrants Licence. 1.3.2 Drivers and Entrant/Drivers must be fully paid up valid membership card holding members of the Bugatti Owners Club Ltd. Be registered for the Championship and be in possession of a valid Competition (Non Race) National B STATUS Licence minimum. Or, be a professional driver in possession of a valid Licence (featuring an E.U. Flag) and medical, issued by the ASN of a member country of the European Union. A competitor shall not take time off school to participate in motor sport without the prior written approval of their school. If participation in the Championship requires absence from school, Drivers in full time school education are required to have the approval of their head teacher and a letter stating such approval from his/her school in order to fulfil registration for the Championship. 1.3.2 All necessary documentation must be presented for checking at all rounds when signing-on.

1.4 Registration. 1.4.1 Registration forms are available from and should be forwarded to; Mr A Cameron, Bugatti Owners Club, Prescott Hill, Gotherington, Cheltenham, GL52 9RD. Telephone 01242 673136 (office) or 07702 152852 Entry Forms may be downloaded from the www.prescott-hillclimb.co.uk website. 1.4.2 The registration fee for the Championship is 25-00. 1.4.3 Competitors must register at least seven days before the first event in which they intend to compete. Entry into the Championship commences from the date of registration and points will not be awarded retrospectively. 1.4.4 Whilst every effort will be made to circulate event supplementary regulations, the onus is on the entrant to obtain them. 1.4.5 Drivers must do a minimum of five dedicated rounds and register by the end of May to qualify for an end of season award. 1.4.6 To be eligible for marking in the series all competing cars must carry Championship decals as laid down in the Advertising rules issued by the MSA under H29.1.2 and H29.1.3. 1.5 The following events form the Qualifying rounds of the 2014 Championship: SATURDAY 26 APRIL PRESCOTT BUGATTI OC SAT/SUN 3/4 MAY SHELSLEY WALSH MIDLAND AC SATURDAY 14 JUNE PRESCOTT LONGTON & DISTRICT MC SATURDAY 28 JUNE PRESCOTT BUGATTI OC SATURDAY 2 AUGUST MIRA MIDLAND AC SATURDAY 6 SEPTEMBER PRESCOTT BUGATTI OC SATURDAY 4 OCTOBER PRESCOTT BUGATTI OC

1.6 Championship Scoring for the Series; 1.6.1 The Championship will be based on handicap scoring and points scored are based on results from the events entered purely on the order of finish of cars. Points will be awarded as follows, split into two different classes with two points for starting the event plus one point for practicing, then the following applies; 5 starters or more competing: 4 cars compete: 1st 9+2+1=12pts 1 st 17+2+1 = 20 points 2nd 6+2+1= 9pts 2 nd 12+2+1 = 15 points 3rd 4+2+1= 7pts 3 rd 9 +2+1 = 12 points 4th 3+2+1= 6pts 4 th 6 +2+1 = 9 points 5 th 4 +2+1 = 7 points 6 th 3 +2+1 = 6 points 7 th 2+2+1 = 5 points the rest 1+2+1 = 4 points 3 cars compete: 1st: 5+2+1=8pts 2nd: 3+2+1=6pts 3rd: 2+2+1=5pts 2 cars compete: 1st: 3+2+1=6pts 2nd: 2+2+1=5pts 1 car competing: 1+2+1=4pts There are seven dedicated rounds. From the those dedicated rounds the entrants best five results count towards the end of season final scoring. 1.6.2 In the event of a tie, the driver with the most podium finishes wins, the points scoring for this being; three for a first, two for a second and one for a third, from all chosen qualifying events, subject to a minimum of four starters in the respective class. In the event of a tie the most first places, second places etc. decides. 1.6.3 Any appeals against points must be lodged in accordance with MSA Blue Book procedure. 1.6.4 Anybody beating their handicap by more than 5% may have their handicap reset. This is at the discretion of the Handicapper and may be applied if people are considered to be taking advantage. 1.6.5 Points will be published regularly on the club website. 1.7 Awards. 1.7.1 The season s final tally will conclude with the Cheltenham Porsche Specialists Speed Championship trophy going to the overall winner with the most points scored. In the event of a tie the most first places, second places etc. decides. 1.7.2 The Peter Stubberfield Trophy will be awarded for the best performance in a Sports Car. 1.7.3 The Jack Perkins Plate will be awarded for the best performance in a Saloon Car. 2. SPORTING REGULATIONS - Judicial Procedures. 2.1 Rounds: In accordance with Section C of the 2014 MSA Yearbook and the Bugatti Owners Club Cheltenham Porsche Specialists Speed Championship 2.2 Championship: In accordance with Section C of the 2014 MSA Yearbook and the Bugatti Owners Club Cheltenham Porsche Specialists Speed Championship

3. TECHNICAL REGULATIONS 3.1 The Bugatti Owners Club Cheltenham Porsche Specialists Speed Championship events are open to competitors participating in any road registered and road legal car. 3.2 Safety Requirements: All Blue Book safety criteria are relevant. Roll over bars are recommended. Any car, irrespective of period, fitted with a rollover bar must have a means of restraining the rearward motion of the drivers head. 4. CHASSIS: For all classes the chassis must be to original specification. 5. BODYWORK: All cars must be panelled in original materials and interior trim must remain. 6. ENGINE Original type engine, induction system and transmission, all in original position. 7. WHEELS: For all classes - wheels as per original for the model, original width +1inch. 8. TYRES: Any road legal e marked tyre 8.1 The use of tyre heating/ heat retention devices, tyre treatments and compounds, is prohibited. 9. FUEL TANK/ FUEL: For all classes - fuel tank position as original, fuel to latest Blue Book safety rules. 10. WEIGHT: As per catalogued weight
