Members attending will meet at Tri-Cities Braums at 1:30pm to travel together to Tracy and Irene s gathering place. There is no gift exchange this year. There will be no club meeting in December. Happy Holidays! The club has reached goal of dollars for the charitable gift, therefore no passing envelope at Christmas Party for additional dollars. Thank you everyone for your contribution and generosity. January Club Meeting will be January 13, 2019 at 3 PM. Currently we have no site for the meeting, but Mike and I are visiting places. We will keep everyone posted. CENTRAL OKLAHOMA CLASSIC CHEVY CLUB MINUTES OCTOBER 14, 2018 October meeting called to order by President Mike Yerkes at 3:00pm, Earl s in Moore. Pledge of Allegiance given. Birthdays Dale & Lisa Kosa, & Billy Overall. Minutes: Minute were published in the Dashboard. Motion by Rustyne Harris to accept as published, seconded by Kay Welch. Passed Treasurer's Report Treasurer report was read. Expenditure - $205.93 Fall Foliage dash plaques. Old Business FALL FOLIAGE: Plans for the event are being completed. Schedule for traveling to event: Thursday group will leave from Pops at 9:30. Cleveland County group will arrange time and also leave Thursday. Friday group will arrange time. 45 rooms have been reserved. Several museums are available to visit on Friday. Registration is scheduled for 3 times on Friday. Kay has program on Friday night. Saturday morning breakfast, driver s meeting and the fall foliage tour. Reminiscences will be part of Saturday night program along with cake and drinks. Cakes are carrot cake and white and chocolate marble. At each table will be dash plaques. There will be a $15-20 gift exchange Terry has power point of pictures ready to run Friday, Saturday breakfast and Saturday night. CHARTY DISCUSSION Options: Option 1 Raise dues from $20 to 25 to make more money available for gift. Option 2 Use money that would be spent on Christmas exchange gift to give to a charity.. Option 2 was selected. MOTION by Joe Christmas gift money be for one charity. Seconded by Rustyne. Passed. Charities presented - Regional Food Bank Infant Crisis Center Ambuc. MOTION by Billy to vote on one of the three. Seconded by Rodney. Infant Crisis Center -13, Regional Food Bank -8, Ambuc - 8 Infant Crisis Center will be this years charity. MOTION by Ruby that club would make up difference, if we did not collect $500.00. motion seconded Tom Linn. Passed. Collection of $350 was received. Because not everyone was prepared to donate at this meeting, we will collect again at Christmas Party. Bob Donaldson presentation made of Lowell Nixon's pickup. New Business OCTOBER DINNER CRUISE: Tracy & Irene Bugg, Oct 20th, meet 11 am Tri City Braums. 50/50 Pot: Dianne Johnson NEXT MEETING: no meeting in November due to Fall Foliage.
