ROLLAND Long days and short fuses are common towards the end of the year. I look at my own three children and realize that the end of the year requires them to dig deep into their reserves to get up on time, to participate in class, to get along with peers (and siblings), and manage the emotions that the end of the year brings. I look at myself as a parent and as an educator and realize the same needs. Over these last two weeks make sure to provide opportunities for your children to talk about their feelings. Some are very excited for summer and some are worried what the next three months will look like. Let your teachers know of any concerns that we can support here at school. We're here for your children until the very last day. Are You Going To Be Moving or Transferring Buildings over the summer? If you will be moving over the summer and your child will not be attending Big Creek next year, we need to know now to assist you in making sure your child s records go to the proper school to insure a smooth transition takes place. We start sectioning soon so your help in notifying us is greatly appreciated. Please call the school office 216-898-8303 so we may assist you with the forms needed for this transition.
