All competitors must have a gear check before they ride every test or immediately after or risk elimination. Australian approved helmets must be worn at all times whilst riding. Top hats may only be worn in the warm up immediately before your test. Ribbons will be awarded half an hour after posting of final scores. Phone scratchings and time draw enquiries to Alycia Targa 0401 901 013. Check the club s Facebook page and website for competition information re the weather. Please consider the neighboring houses and drive slowly. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times whilst on the common. Parents please do not allow your children to run between arenas and among the floats. Coffee van will be in attendance with snack food items. Competitors who enter official classes, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are financially current with EA. If the Club is advised that you are not current, your results will become HC and no refund will be forth coming. Competitors competing CR it is your responsibility to ensure that you are financially current with SDC if you are not you will not be able to ride! Scratchings will get 50% refund of entry fees minus admin/ground fee on presentation of a vet or doctors certificate.
